Cannot open msi for 2026R1_SP1 101 0225

I have downloaded the msi package 3 times and cannot get it to unpack into a folder.

I was able to download the msi file using Chrome https://builds.acumatica.com/?prefix=builds/26.1/26.101.0225/AcumaticaERP/
