Import Scenario - Copy BOM

Hello everyone, Looking to mass copy BOM to make new BOMs that have a different Warehouse.  Here is what I have so far:When I run the secnario, I get an error message that says the following:View name:DocumentsWhat does that error refer to?  What am I missing?  I know the first half of my Import works, becuase I used it to Archive BOMs, which worked as expected.  There is something I am doing wrong on the Action Copy. Any help would be great.  Otherwise, I’ve got 733 BOMs to update!!!! :(

Logo OpenID Provider Portallogin

We have connected an OpenID provider to our system. This also works very well. However, the stored logo is only displayed on the ERP page.Portal users, on the other hand, see the access with the reference “logo”. How can the start page of the portal be adapted so that the company logo is displayed everywhere?

Adding User Define Field to Main Screen - Schema Field/Selector not working

I am trying to copy a User Defined Field (UDF) from the UDF tab to the main Document tab on the AP Bills and Adjustments screen. One of our UDFs uses the selector tool to pick an employee name. Thanks to @dgross’s videos, I can move the UDF to the main screen, but the selector field is not recognized. I am getting this warning when with the customization The UDF is set up like this and is working when in its own UDF tab In the Customization, the Attribute (APAPPROVE) control shows TextEdit not Selector. I have tried multiple times to change to Selector and save it, without success. In some instances, the ID under Base properties changed from TextEdit to a selector, but the Controls still showed TextEdit and that is when I would get the error noted above (PX Selector Attribute is missing). Any thoughts on how to fix this?

I am trying to make the qty field in labor for production orders a required field with a value greater than 0.00 in acumatica what are the steps?

I'm working on making the Qty field in labor for production orders a required field with a value greater than 0.00 in Acumatica. I set the correct field as 'true' and published the project, but it doesn't seem to be working. Should I add a condition or incorporate this requirement into the workflow to enforce it?

Edit Customization Project Data Field

Is there a way to change the Display Value of a data value added via customization project, or is there a way to edit the Display Value of an existing data field?I added a checkbox for ‘Urgent PO’ to the Purchase Order Screen PO301000 and I want to change it to ‘Critical PO’

Dialog Box to print documents (multiple options)

I am trying to set up a dialog box that can contain links to different versions of a Quote/SO print out.I am open to different variations of how this can be done but this mockup is the rough idea... Salesperson hits the Print Quote button as usual A Dialog box opens and has all of the options of the report to choose from which then will populate in a new tab as it does now. Does not have to be a checkbox option - can be dropdown. They will likely know which one option they want to print. I am also open to avoiding the dialog box at all if there is a way to list all of the versions as links under the printing & emailing header. Each version has been mapped to the Site Map. I just need them to be able to choose which version they want printed based on their sales scenario. While they could do this from the workspace menu under Printing, I’d prefer them to be able to utilize the Print Quote button from the SO screen.   Any ideas are appreciated! 🙂

Microsoft Teams Notification -

Hi,@Omar Ghazi We started to use Team notifications since Acumatica Upgrade, and we started to receive this message below ’Action Required: O365 connectors within Teams will be deprecated’. I know that we can pass tough Power apps as a workaround but does Acumatica plan to adapt this so that it is still simple and easy to create a notification with Team in the future?Thanks

outlook add-in for shared mailbox

Is it possible to install the outlook add-in for a shared mailbox? I have it installed for my inbox, but it’s much more useful if I can access from the shared mailbox. When I click the inbox for the shared mailbox, the add-in disappears from the ribbon.

Shopify Entity Mapping Issue with Free $0 orders

Hello, I have an entity mapping set up to map the location in Shopify to a specific branch in Acumatica. We use Shopify Plus for both ecommerce and point of sale. Each retail location is it’s own branch. Here is the mapping code to assign the correct branch:=Switch(    CStr([OrderData -> Transactions.LocationId]) = CStr('68260528265'), '10',    CStr([OrderData -> Transactions.LocationId]) = CStr('68260626569'), '20',    CStr([OrderData -> Transactions.LocationId]) = CStr('68260659337'), '30',    CStr([OrderData -> Transactions.LocationId]) = CStr('66861367433'), '50',    CStr([OrderData -> Transactions.LocationId]) = CStr('68260757641'), '60',    CStr([OrderData -> Transactions.LocationId]) = CStr('68260593801'), '70',    True, '00') This works for all orders EXCEPT if the order is discounted 100% so the order total is $0.00Then it appears to not follow any logic here. Any recommendations on how to fix this? Thanks!

Default Sort by Start Date on Activity Tab on Customer Master

Hello,I was wondering if there was a way we could have the Activities Tab on the Customer Master sort by Start Date “Descending” by default.  That way our sales team doesn’t have to do that to see their most recent activities every time they open the Customer Master screen.

How to make Description field on JE screen editable

Hello Community! I am trying to find a way to make the Description field on the GL Batch screen editable once it has been Posted/Released. I followed the instructions from this blog here but not sure what I missed because it isn’t working. Line Item Taxing Details and Possible Workarounds

Recently came across a webinar on YouTube regarding Avalara integrations hosted by Evgeny Kralko from Acumatica:  I’m reaching out because we’re facing a challenge with our tax reporting. Specifically, our customers require detailed line item taxing information for audits, and we currently use Avalara for tax calculations. However, it appears that Acumatica may not store line item taxing details, although we have seen this feature available in other systems.Could you confirm whether line item taxing details are part of Acumatica’s roadmap? If not, are there any known workarounds that we might implement to achieve this functionality? We have a team of in-house developers who could assist with this.Thank you,Anna

Generic Inquiry Showing Blank Results Despite Indicated Records

Hello all,I created a few SQL views in a test environment and uploaded them to a customization project to create a new DAC. Everything went well, and I was able to access the data through a generic inquiry as intended.Moving the scripts to the production environment and creating the project there resulted in success and no issues.Now, when I select the table in the GI, it shows up, and all the fields appear under the results grid. However, when I go to actually view the inquiry, it is completely blank except for the hundreds of pages and thousands of records indicated at the bottom of the inquiry.Any insight into what is happening and potential fixes?

Dashboard: PowerBI Tile

I am having a little difficulty getting my PowerBI Tiles up and running on the Dashboard.   I used the following link to set up my application on Microsoft Entre (Saw on another forum).  I followed the instructions and setup a Secret and registered the Redirect URI.   https://app.powerbi.com/embedsetup When I go to add the PowerBI tile it lets me put in the Client ID and the Client Secret, when I hit login it pops up a real quick page and then it disappears.  I do not have any additional options in the setup and I don’t receive any errors.   Any thoughts, I am very new to PowerBI and Acumatica, so I am sure it is something simple I am over looking.   ThanksChris

How can I add an Employee ID selector on the line level?

Hello,How can I add a new column for Employee ID selector field on the Line level of Invoices & Memos (AR301000) → Details tab. So when the user would manually select the Employee ID the system should automatically fill in the Employee Name in a second new column. Thanks.

Customization lost, but custom fields still appear.

I added 3 custom fields in a tenant. A snapshot from another tenant was then restored. The package is no longer available, but the 3 fields still show on the screen. I need to get rid of them. I tried hiding in access rights, but they are not visible there. See fields on screen: I started a new customization package for the screen to see if the custom fields are there. I see them, but they’re not in the column shown above, nor any column. How do I remove them from the screen at this point?

Sending report : add email to project activities

Hello, I have an action in the project screen (PM301000) which generate a report.This report is sent to the customer using the email template defined in the report.I’d like to register this email in the project activities, but i don’t know how. I’ve tried :Link to account in the email template ActivitySource in the email settings of the report But the Activities tab on the project screen still remain empty : Any ideas ?Thanks.

Clearing Header Notes on Field Update

  I need to clear the inserted header notes values when the additional information field below gets updated. I tried the code below, but the value remains. The header value sets to empty only when I refresh the page.
