I have successfully added a Purchase Return record by running this BE as Trigger by Action. When I change it to Trigger by Record Change/Record Inserted, and add a new record to the GI, it does not run. I am using a Shared Filter of Return Approved in the BE; could that by why?

GI and BE are attached.

Hi! Is your raise event field set to raise for each record, once for all records, or for group of records? I’ve ran into similar issue before and setting the event to raise for each record solved the problem. Hope this helps!

Hi @kristybrooks83 ,

It looks like in your case the issue is with the required parameter. I played around with your GI and BE, I had to remove some conditions to get the GI to run, but the issue still persisted. When I deactivated the required parameter and replaced it with a hardcoded condition, it started working as expected.
