Hi,There is case which describes cipher suites usage in Acumatica Saas.I need to clarify ciphers suites usage for Acumatica.The question is : if I am using such expression in code :ServicePointManager.SecurityProtocol = SecurityProtocolType.Tls12;Does it mean that I my application which integrates with Acumatica Saas uses  “TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_GCM_SHA384” and“TLS_DHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_GCM_SHA384” ciphers, because these two cipher suites are supported under TLS1.2 ?If pointing SecurityProtocolType does not mean cipher usage, how it must be implemented ?Best regards,Thanks in advance

Hello Community, In the CRM demo i have seen, Outlook can be integrated with Acumatica ERP from Lead generation. Can anyone tell me how to do it, is there any user guide document for this setup? Thanks Jewel 

We are starting to test the new 2021 OpenID Provider integration with Okta and are receiving an error after the user enters their credentials on their Okta page and is redirected back to Acumatica.  I have attached a screenshot for reference.I found some help on this Okta page for setting up OpenID.  Does anyone know if this is the proper guide to follow?Create an App at the Identity Provider | Okta DeveloperThanks,Kurt Bauer

Currently, we are facing an issue with a push notification webhook in our QA and PRODUCTION Acumatica environments that is unable to be sent out (the same flow works in our DEV Acumatica environment).The function of the webhook is to refresh a purchase order (PO) cache after certain events have occurred such as: PO creation, PO updating, PO deletion, and PO status changes. I’m trying to connect ODATA to excel as well to PowerBi.I’ve followed some YouTube videos but keep coming up with issues.  Has anyone had success with these connections? I feel it would be really beneficial for reporting and the excel reports I currently have linked with VLookups.   

we have been testing the PDF Annotator and have ran into a problem with it.  We have found that if the extension (.PDF) is in uppercase then the annotator doesn’t recognize the file as being PDF.  One of our major suppliers send their bills as PDF and the extension is uppercase.  This means that they won’t show up in the Annotator.We would would have to rename each bill for it to work.  Has anyone else seen this and any suggestions on fixing this.

We run MYOB Advanced which is essentially Acumatica. I have loaded the outlook addin and for some reason for each email we want to push to Advanced it requires us to open the addin and re enter MYOB credentials... Highly unacceptable from a UAT point of view. Showed our consultant today and they have never seen this before

Good day,Does anyone have any ideas/or maybe some documentation on how to set-up an update from an existing tenant to another tenant.  We have production tenant that needs to be update from a development tenant.  The development site has be updated/migrated with information from QB for prior and 2021 AP and AR, Customers, COA, etc. transactions which we now need to move into production.  Production has only 2021 data.  I can’t use Snapshots because the dev tenant is four months old and we are updating or adding new production transactions (none which are been posted).  Our vendor is working on programming a connections between to the two tenants and communicate updates to from dev to production.  Any insights?  Or have has anyone done a similar project before.Happy Holidays

Hi Experts!I have noticed that when we sync an Order from Bigcommerce using the Commerce Connector it doesn’t trigger the webhook that we have created. Do we need to add additional setup for this or is this how usually it works? When we try to create an Order inside Acumatica it seems that the webhook trigger properly and we received the POST request from our server.

Hi,We tried to login the Acumatica instance using different branches through postman. When we check the System Monitor screen, it always showing the first logged in record and other records not showing on the screen.Can any one please let us to know why all the records not showing on the System monitor screen?

See attached document. Why do the two salesforce sync screens show a different list of entities? Is there a way to make them the same? If not, is there a way to schedule the integration for the entities that are not on the shorter list?

Sorry to the misleading Subject text.  I meant to first ask if anyone knows if there is a way to prevent Gmail emails from being marked/flagged as ‘read’ after it is synced with Acumatica.Ideally, it would be great to have a configuration setting that enables to you turn this off so that the original email in Gmail (or Office 365) still appears as “unread”. 

Is there a way to keep the Outlook addin open when opening a new email? Can we pin the addin?

Checking to see if some knows if the Outlook Integration will support MS Outlook 2016?
