Hi All,

Following enquiry forms are now replaced with generic inquiry forms in 2022 R1.

Incoming (CO409000)
• Draft (CO409010)
• Sent (CO409080)
• Outgoing (CO409020)
• Deleted (CO409090)
• Archived (CO409030)

In the previous versions an option was available to mark the selected emails as unread. Just checking is this option removed in 2022 R1 version or there is an alternate way to achieve this apart from Customization.

At this time, unfortunately there isn’t an alternate way to achieve this out of box.
