Hello,    For ARBalance, we have a table/DAC named “ARBalance”, it already sum the result group by customer and branch.     However, for APbalance, it seems we don’t have a talbe/DAC like that.  We have a DAC called “VendorSumary”, but it sum the vendor balance up regardless the branches.     Do we have a DAC like “ARBalance” which I can use directly. Or I have to count per every open AP doc?

Why does the Invoice for the 100pcs on IN0563852 shows a sell price of $271.23, but when you print the invoice the price comes in at $135.62? It is cutting the price in half. Does anyone know why? 

Hi Team, Recently, I tried to bill a customer invoice for the time card hours spent by the employees who are working on the specific project. Once the employees released the time card after approval, I could able to see the activities in the “activities” tab in the project but in the “cost budget” tab i couldn’t able to see the actual hours and amount. As per the help document, it shows once the time card gets released, the actual hours and amount will be updated.  If I click on “Run project billing”, I could able to see the proforma invoice creation. My concern here is about the “cost budget” tab. And also in the “Balances” tab, the project labor balances are not getting updated. After the invoice is released, I could able to see the details in the “Revenue Budget” tab but no balances gets updated in the “Cost Budget”. Is anything missing in the settings? how does Accumatica apply a fuel surcharge based upon distance traveled

Long-time Sage 100/Aatrix user attempting to file my first Acumatica-based 941.  Acumatica downloads the data, but on Verifying Data I receive the following error: The EIN in the AUF does not match the specified EIN for the user.  I have verified with Aatrix our EIN is correct (logged in and verified on the Aatrix website and verified with an Aatrix tech).Acumatica is passing either the wrong EIN or possibly a masked EIN (e.g., dash after the second digit as is common) or possibly a blank.  I have searched high and low and found no instances of errors or blanks in Acumatica setup.Anyone encountered this error and have a fix?

Hi,does anybody know whether there is a setting to ignore rounding differences such as 1 or 2 cent ?Or a workaround to match these anyways.Somehow our shop system (shopware - germany) is calculating different than acumatica so we often have these rounding differences and can’t match the bank transactions.Thank you so much

Good day, I am trying to depreciate a fixed asset per calendar days per period. For example, if an asset has an original acquisition cost of $365 (useful life 1 year, straight-line), the depreciation schedule should look as follows:Jan: $31, Feb: $28, Mar: $31, …… , Dec: $31.I have created depreciation methods using the full day averaging convention but this feature seems to prorate the depreciation when placed in service during a period, for example if an asset is acquired half way through the period - only 50% of the depreciation will be posted to that period. Example of Depreciation Method setup: Example of Calculating Depreciation for Fixed Asset:

In Acumatica if no tax zone is specified for the customer location, the customer tax zone is the tax zone assigned to the selling branch.You can override the default value.Is this same functionality available with Vendors? In my research I find that the Vendor location specify the tax Zone.  The Tax Zone will be incorrect if you do not specify the Location and use a global Vendor across multiple companies.Retha van Alphen

Hi everyone,Hoping someone can help us.We posted a customer payment to 20 June 2022 in 09-2022 period but should have been 20 July 2022 and 10-2022 period. We have re-done the payment to 20 July 2022 in period 10-2022 however, when we voided the initial incorrect payment (posted in period 09-2022), we accidentally used the wrong period (10-2022). Now the bank reconciliation is out by the same amount.There doesn’t seem to be an option to reverse a void payment unfortunately. Much appreciated,Daniel

Hello, Can we changed or is there a way to change the ship via code when the shipment is already released?

I have a scenario where we created 2 separate approval workgroups (reviewer and approver) for AP Invoices and Memos. Once I created this and tested the workflow, I noticed that the document gets automatically approved if the user belongs to reviewer and approver.Ideally, the process should be, after reviewer approve it flows to approver. I am not sure if my configurations are wrong.Anyone having similar issue?

I am prototyping the use of subaccounts for the chart of accounts/general ledger. As I am starting to play with this, I am getting flashbacks of previous experiences attempting to use Inventory subitems with Acumatica, which I considered to be a mess. It seemed like the general consensus when I brought up inventory subitems a couple years ago was that inventory subitems were anachronistic and had been useful when the software was at a less mature stage, but now were not considered best practice and shouldn’t be used for a system setup from scratch (they were still there to enable legacy upgrades, etc).Does anyone have any similar experiences with general ledger subaccounts? I recognize the old “subitem 0”, which was the same as for the inventory subitems. With inventory subitems, if you didn’t want to use a subitem, you couldn’t just have item number 43434. It had to be 43434, subitem 0. Which makes for a lot of extra fields and database entries in the system for no perceivab

Is there a way to map the fields from the DAC to the fields shown in approval map drop down lists?  For instance, I want to find a field showing the VAT Taxable base currency total in credit memo approvals.  I have found a field called Detail Total, but this is not a field in the DAC.How do I know what Detail Total uses?

On the process bank transactions screen I can create AR payments. However, I don’t see a place to put the payment ref number, so I am getting an error when I process. I see that I can globally turn off this requirement in AR, but I don’t want to do that. I would prefer to have a spot to enter it. Am I missing something?

Hi, our customer is using Acumatica 2022 R1. Is there any way to create an out of the box approval prior to save the new customers into the system?

From time to time, we finance a customer’s purchase by taking a promissory note. How do we book the promissory note?  How do we book the payments on the promissory note and the interest payments?  How do we show the payment of the related invoice?  Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

Anyone come across this before…When creating a purchase order for a project it updates the commitments as expected, when the PO is receipted in, it updates the actual expense as expected. However when you create the AP bill which has a different amount than the original PO (the vendor has discounted the invoice), the actual amount on the project remains unchanged.Example PO raised for £100 linked to Project1 and Task 1 Commitments on the Cost budget tab and the commitments tab on Project1 are updated with £100 (as expected) The stock is receipted in (the vendor has not sent an invoice at this point), on Project1 on the cost budget tab and on the summary at the top the actual expense is updated with the £100 from the PO (as expected). The vendor now has sent the invoice with a 10% discount and the AP bill is created from the purchase receipt and the discount is added so the AP bill total = £90. When the AP bill is released
