Ability to use wild cards in the reclassification load and replace functions

The Reclassification feature is great.However the load and the search and replace functions do not allow the use of wildcards.The most common use of reclassification is to change one of the segment values in a sub account.Very often there are more than 2 segments in a sub account. In our example there are 5 and a sample entry looks like this 000-000-NTW-ATO-1413. Many other values will exist in that sub account structure. Eg. COM-000-CLO-VMI-0205Assuming that I want to change all of the second segment 000 to COS there is no easy way to select those subaccounts that contain that 000. I have to address every possible permutation that contains the second 000 to get this to work.Wildcards would assist greatly because then I could use a statement like: ???-000-???-???-???? Thanks James

Statement Cycle not available to choose in Prepare Statements

Hello,I have 3 statement cycles defined in the “Statement Cycles” screen.All 3 are available for choosing from the drop down in the “Print Statements” screen.However, only 2 are available for choosing in the “Prepare Statements” screen.The one that is missing is my EOM statement cycle.Any idea as to why I don’t have that statement cycle available to choose in “Prepare Statements”?Thanks!

Tax versus Book Depreciation

Hi All, I have uploaded Assets and they have been depreciated using Tax Type “Book”. however now the client would like to calculate “Tax” (i.e. no posting) as well. I don’t seem to be able to add another Book in the Balance section against the Asset. How do I add this please? Regards,Laura

Delete Completed Orders

We imported Amazon orders which invoiced and completed, but then noticed the dates were incorrect and not aligned to the proper sales date. We need to delete all of them and then re-import with the proper dates. We have reversed the invoice and created a credit memo as stated in the community, but are still unable to delete the orders so our sales are all skewed. There is an notification that because of the order not actually having a shipment we can’t delete it. This is quite urgent so any assistance is really appreciated. Is there a way to move the ship date out so that it is not completed and then remove the record? Or go into the data and remove it directly? This is the error: @Irina do you know of a solution or someone at Acumatica that can assist?

Layout of Profit & Loss with subaccounts

Newbie question here. We are currently in the process of having our Acumatica partner build our database. I’m looking at the P&L report and the format seems weird to me. Below is an example. I’m definitely not used to, and do not like, that their is a line amount for the the GL account and then additional lines amounts for each subaccount, which results in duplicate line item amounts. What I should be able to see is what is in the second screenshot (from our current accounting system). Our partner tells us there is no way to format the report in Acumatica in the same was it’s formatted in our current accounting system. Can someone tell me if that is true? Because the way it looks now seems very illogical.

Purchase Order Reports

I had a question about the purchasing reports. Is there a way to run a report that details all the purchase orders with the PO #, amount, date, etc, as well as who approved the purchase order? I was able to run a PO report that shows the #, amount, date, etc but I cannot find a way to run a report or modify the report to include the individual who approved the PO. Is this possible to see in one of the reports?

Is there a way to process the invoice before shipment? The business is to render services to the customer by registering their cars to the DMV and it require documents to be shipped back to the client.

How does Acumatica store vendor bank information?

How are vendor bank details stored in Acumatica? In NetSuite they have the electronic bank payment bundle, is there something similar in Acumatica? Or is it just the default payment method settings area in the vendor forum?

Creating transactions between branches

Hi,The Tenant is configured with two companies and a one company(Ceramic) have two branches. When creating transactions the system allows to create transactions in between branches and this affects a difference in the branch level TB. Please refer below example.The Midaya Ceramic Pvt Ltd is configured with two branches - Ceramic and CandlesWe have created two warehouses for Ceramic and Candles. I have created a transfer from Ceramic warehouse to Candle warehouse. In this case system creates a journal transaction for both branches affecting a difference in branch level TB.In this case I need a help on avoiding occurring transactions like that since the customer haven’t purchased intercompany transactions.
