We are a new Acumatica client.  We were previously using Quickbooks Enterprise for our accounting.  When we imported bank feeds (for ex American Express), we were able to assign the transactions to a particular vendor/business account and to a GL account.  It appears that the only way to have a transaction assigned to a particular business account in Acumatica is to make a bill, then match the bank feed transaction to the bill.  This is very impractical and time consuming, as we have hundreds of autopay transactions from some vendors in one month.  Is there a way to match these transactions to a particular business account without having to create a bill each time?  I even tried to assign a business account to an Entry Type and it will not allow me to do so.For example, if XYZ Company auto charges our account daily for multiple transactions, and I download those transaction in the bank feeds, I need be able to assign each of those transactions to XYZ Company (and the associat

I have two branches with different financial periods one ends Dec 31 and the other ends March 31.  Can I still do intercompany transactions?  It appears to put the transaction in the period used on the GL journal transaction from the branch it is created on.  So if I create the transaction from the December branch in December the period it uses is 12-2023.  But 12-2023 is March 31, 2023 in the fiscal year company.

We have prepared and and released GST tax reports for the company using wrong period ( Monthly ) for the periods January to August. Now we want to update the tax period to the correct one ( Quarterly ) but the period type drop down menu is inactive , I think because we have released tax reports in the system.Is it possible to void these tax reports without financial impact?

Hello Guys, I am trying to configure new sales price for the inventory item on the sales price form and the following error is comming on the screen. “AR Error: Duplicate Sales Price. This line overlaps with another Sales Price (Price: 500.000000, Effective Date: 1/1/2012, Expiration Date: )”

The printing does not begin on my AP641000 - AP Check until about an inch from the top.  How do you change the margins?  The printing needs to begin closer to the top.Also, the page sections at the top cover the top of the form.  How can you see the whole form?New to this.Thanks.

Is there any news on the release dates for 2023 taxes?

I have a group of bills in the system that all have the wrong due date.  They are pending approval.  Is there a way to select this group of bills and change the due date across them?  At the moment I have to open each invoice, put it back on hold, edit the due date, save the bill, and then send it on for approval.These bills have been generated through the holdback release process of the construction module.  The system seems to be taking the vendor terms and the invoice date to select a due date.  But, for these bills we have a separate due date that is 55 days after completion of work.This process often generates groups of dozens of bills at a time and it takes a lot of time to change it one manually.Thanks in advance.

Hi,On Contract Management how can I set up contract renewal prices to increase yearly? under the contract items screen, I can set up only a Percentage of the Setup price or item price, which will not work for the second year onward.Eg- Setup price of 100 every year 10% increasedso, at the end of 1st year 110, at the end of 2nd year 121, and so on. ThanksDesh

We want to create a new order type that can go through the whole process, get shipped, but not have the invoice created until X days (30 most likely) later by the user. We would create a report or GI that lists all the invoices that need to be created for that day. Is something like that possible? Thanks in advance for any insights. 

During the processing of bank feeds there was a transaction that we thought was a duplicate entry. The entry was “Hidden” by click the “Hide Transaction” on the Process Bank Transaction (CA306000) screen. It was then discovered that it wasn’t a duplicate and we need to now bring this transaction back so we can process it normally.Our question: Is there a way to view this hidden transaction and is there a way to “Unhide” this transaction?Thank you!

Is there a way to prevent invoices being created without a customer tax zone?  

Does anyone know if there is a report in Acumatica that will list any unreleased/pending bills and expense claims for a specific project? We have run into several situations where the Project Manager or CEO completes the project not knowing whether all costs have been posted/released to the project. I have to go back and look at the Automation Schedule History to see if anything has not released. Want to try and be proactive before the project is closed/completed.

There is an old video on the topic of Customer Refunds where the user goes through about five or six steps to issue a refund to a customer.  And it works great!  However, there were too many steps and Acumatica appears to have simplified the process in subsequent releases.So now, in my 2021 R2 demo database, when the credit memo is on the screen, there is an option on the ...More menu to REFUND the amount to the customer.  I’ve done that and I see a JE that shows AR was debited and Cash was credited but I don’t see where a check was actually issued to the customer.  I can’t find a pending payment in payables but the JE looks like is was processed as a check.The whole point of this exercise is to issue a refund check to the customer and I’m just not seeing it.  What am I missing here?

Hi Everyone,  We are looking to have our calendar year set to the 4/4/5 method but the taxes are filed based on a Fiscal Year.  Is it possible to get Trail balances and Financial statements based on a Fiscal year while the Financial year setup in the system is 4/4/5?

When having to select segment 2 of a subaccount , linked to the Employee master, the logical step would be to add the default location ( For vendor) and then link that to GL.Sub. Even when using substring/ left/ right , the result is blank. Fortunately , there are a DAC that already has this info: Employee (EPEmployee)And I am sure the DAC’s exist for other business accounts where this is required

Client had a clerk mistakenly enter 1000 sales orders.  Is there a way to wipe the slate clean without going into each sales order and deleting?

I had check layout AP641500 set up and working in Report Designer.  All of a sudden, the checks starting printing with a different layout.  It looks like it’s pulling from the “Group Footer with Supplied by Vendor.”  What could have changed?  Do I need to format this section the same as “Without Supplied by Vendor?”  I don’t have this issue in the Sandbox tenant.Thank you in advance for your help!

Hello there I am trying to run the TB without suppressing zero balances so that I can make an excel sheet mapping to all my  accounts (regardless of the balance)  to build my own P&L and Balance Sheet. I have never managed to get this done within the application and don’t like the look of it anyway.So I have done this for the first month of our accounting year and have unticked suppress zero balances and yet accounts which have no entries are actually suppressed. What is going on I feel as if Acumatica is always trying to trick me! Is it only the Balance Sheet that this tick box responds to…? Best Regards All 

Does anyone know how to make a joint payee with the OR option where either party can negotiate the check?

Open Financial period in acumatica . we were opening the fin period from the database feom finperiod table but after upgrade it took a day to be opened is there is any other way to open it.
