Removal of PO Email Option

We have run into a costly issue of “ghost” PO’s being sent that none of our buyers claim ever sending. Is there a way of removing the “email purchase order” option from users (picture below)?

 

 

I have tried revoking access right to “Print/Email Purchase Orders” from the role but users are still able to accidently use the “Email Purchase Order” option.

@Laura02 and @Robert Sternberg have posted an answer here to a similar question about hiding the release button on another screen.  The process is the same for hiding the button on the PO screen.

Hello @afranklin ,

In addition to Megan’s suggestion, please check all of your Test & Training tenants and make sure the Outgoing emails are turned off/inactivated.
