We tried to reconcile an asset with a transaction.  We clicked on process and then we see the error message “The fixed asset has unreleased reconciliation transactions.” next to the Accrual Balance:There are no Fixed Asset Transactions matching this for us to release.  Where can we find the reconciliation transactions to release?

I am creating a Balance sheet .  Is it possible to show “Sum of all Debit Balance Totals”  in one Row. ?ExampleRow 00341 - Net regulatory deferred assets**formula - listing all Debit Account Balance. Which is correct .But when the Row 00350 is not showing the correct Total Value . It is just showing Total of “Ending Balance of Row 00341 .I need the Sum of each Expanded Account Balance which is showing on the below screen based on Value formula given on Row 00341 ( IIf( (@00341 > 0 ) ,(@00341), 0) )Is it possible in ARM ? 

Has anyone come across this error when trying to set up a bank feed with American Express?    

My manufacturing client is going live shortly, and we are adding their May-Aug fixed assets manually to check the depreciation process etc.  They have a leased asset that they want to put in service for 1/24/2025 and have the Jan-May depreciation all book to May, as they received the invoice in May.  With the 1/24/25 service date, the depreciation is booking to Jan-May.  I cannot close January due to this asset not being depreciated for Jan.  It would not load the asset with the May invoice date with a 1/24/25 in service date, so we used a journal entry with a January date.The other issue is that I changed the 5-year Lease asset class Averaging Convention to Full day from Full period, and it is still calculating full period for this new asset.  Their other 5-year leases (already in service) ‘caught’ the change to the averaging convention and shows the correct monthly depreciation amounts when we run calculate depreciation.  But the new asset does not show the full day averagi

Acumatica has a built in function to “recalculate” various balances such as vendor and inventory.  We have been live for eighteen months and have never run these “recalculate” functions.  Recently, we noticed an error in our inventory and our VAR suggested we run the “recalcuate inventory” function. We ran the fuction and it fixed our error.  My questions is should we run all of these “recalculate” functions regularly such as monthly or quarterly?  Is there any harm in running these recalculate funtions more often?  

Hi,The GL is showing the AR balance in CAD and USD as below, but the actual totals (as per the attached file) differ significantly.Additionally, the balance as of today is showing a large discrepancy and appears in the negative. Could you please advise on the possible reasons for this issue? Please note current CAD balance in GL is negative  

When attempting to map a Cash Account to the same account number in the consolidation company, I am getting an error message: “GL Error: Cash account doesn’t exist for this branch, account and sub account (Branch#, Account#, Subaccount#)”. The way to resolve this was to create another GL account that is not a Cash Account, and map the Cash Account to it. I have many Cash Accounts, so this required adding a new account for each. Is that the only way to resolve this error?

What is the best way to track items issued out of inventory to an internal project for accumulation and capitalization to fixed assets? Hi! i am trying to modify the AR invoice form to add a section related to applied payments, however, its not showing up on the invoice properly and i’m not sure where i’m going wrong.  i’m not super familiar with report designer which doesn’t help  ideally, i would like section 1 to refer to the original invoice amounts and section 2 to refer to payments but this is how it’s showing up when i save the report: i am not able to upload the report but if anyone has any ideas, i would really appreciate it! thanks,  Iqra

We recently transitioned to Acumatica and have so issue with ggetting the credit card feed to work. Our company uses Royal Bank Credit Card (Commercial Visa Avion Cards) and we manage these cards thru Visa Spend Clarity Enterprise platform.  We are currently still using Concur Solutions (SAP) because we are unable to connect the credit card feed with Plaid or MX or via SFTP server. Does anyone have experience with Royal Bank and their credit card feed thru Visa Spend Clarity. We have about 50 cards and spend over 250K per month on them so the feed is very important to us. Thanks for your help Bruno

Bad title perhaps; I’m not an accountant, but they’ve asked me why and I don't know.Not sure how to explain this since, but basically they’re saying somehow the transaction was processed with negative GST.  In the Journal it shows the #’s reversed for this 1,149.91 All others look like this (Debit left column, Credit right): There’s hundreds as above, but this one below the values are in the opposite accounts and no one appears to know how this happened (including myself):  Anyone able to please enlighten me on what may have gone wrong?

The way it currently displays the GL codes looks awkward.selected code-description to expand the GL codes for a range of GLsOutput places 4 spaces between last digit of GL code and first letter of GL Description. We are working on setting up a vendor EDI integration to received AP Bills into Acumatica. from 810 messages. We are running into some challenges surrounding how to do the 3 way matching when we create the AP Bill prior to the PO Receipt mainly surrounding linking the receipt to the bill and handling 3 way matching for Bills that have multiple receipts. I’m working on some testing of the fixed asset module and have come across a scenario that I can’t figure out.We have a handful of assets that we disposed this year and are looking to bring them into Acumatica with its correct disposal information.  When running my import scenario, it does not allow me to modify the disposal date, disposal method and disposal amount.  I have already done GL transactions directly for the disposal of these assets, so I do not want to post again. Has anyone does this before?

There are orders that contain non-stock items that get fulfilled right away before syncing to Acumatica the Shopify connector. These orders get the status of filtered. We would like to sync them to Acumatica using import scenario or API.Is there a way to import archived orders or modify Shopify orders to archive after 7 days? How do we prevent this from happening?

Is there a way to print a check for a customer refund that is not tied to the credit memo process?  The GITHUB package is not an option.

Relatively new to Acumatica--we would like to make a change to the Profit and Loss financial statement to sort by Account Class then by Account Number.  Can this be changed and if so, what is the procedure to do so.  Thank you in advance.

Going to lay out the scenario below. Import 1 - worked fineImport 2 - worked fineImport 3 - worked fine (or at least seems so)Import 4 - does not recognize import 3, and sees import 2 as the last import The issue we are having with this is the system is giving us an error that our Start Balance Date and Beginning Balance do not match the last import.Error: “Start date does not match the end date of the previous statement (7/24/2025).” Is it okay to bypass this warning? What could be causing this and is there a way to correct? 

We’ve run into issues where our PO accrual account is overstated due to duplicate or mismatched transactions. Examples include: POs created but later paid by credit card, Vendor bills entered without a matching PO, Duplicate POs or receipts for the same items, POs received in error or not closed properly. Right now, the only way to confirm is by going line by line through hundreds of transactions, which is very time-consuming.Question: Has anyone built reports, generic inquiries, or other tools in Acumatica that can quickly identify and confirm duplicate or mismatched PO accruals across these types of scenarios? I have a receipt that has been released and I can’t attach it to an AP bill because when I do, and then try to complete the process for the AP bill, it tells me that the Project Task was changed between the PO and POR and now I can’t process. I also can’t return the POR because I can’t change the Project Task. I created a dummy PO and POR so I could pay the bill, but now I have that POR “stuck”. Can I override it someway to mark it complete so it goes away? Please help!
