Hi Acumatica,Goal: To delete a fixed asset that has transactions released and posted to GLBackground: We accidentally released a fixed asset purchasing transaction, and in the moment, posted the incorrect transaction to the GL, and posted a reversing entry in the GL. Now, when we attempt to delete the fixed asset, Acumatica disallows this. Furthermore, Acumatica disallows the deletion of the purchasing transaction that was created for the asset (and subsequently released and posted to the GL).Please help!Thank you, 

We have a Foundation that uses Fund Accounting. At the end of each year when we roll forward our balances to 1/1 we roll the contributions, interest and expenses into a fund account. We don’t show it as a JE just adjust the opening balances as of 1/1. See below for an example. Is there a way to do this in Acumatica?  

Does anyone have any xml files for basic Cash Account Generic Inquiries?  I would really like to build something simple that just shows me a total for a cash account based on todays current Balance and adjust for any AR or AP that is due within the parameter date range I give it.  I want to be able to say, how much will I have on 11/20/2025 based on the balance of today, any due AR and AP, and any future AR and AP that has not been paid yet.  Almost all of the banking and finance inquiries are Customizations that do not let me pull that information in as a data source. And I am not experienced enough to mess with the customizations themselves.   Has anyone made something like this? Hello,On December 1st, our GST number changed and we are wondering what would be the best way to manage our AR invoices to reflect this change : every AR invoice dated November 30 or before should have our old GST number, whereas AR invoices dated Dec. 1st or after should show our new GST number. We usually set up the GST number on the Company screen. The problem is that if we change it on the Company settings, it would also change the GST number on previous invoices. What would be the best way to proceed in your opinion?

We did a mid-year Acumatica implementation. How do I load the vendor payments by branch for 1099 reporting purposes? Our branches have different EIN#s.

We recently migrated all our SKUs from average to standard costing due to average costs getting all mixed up. We did this by issuing out all of the inventory, updating costing to standard and entering a receipt back in. I am running the inventory valuation report but continuing to see the inventory valued at average cost rather than the new standard cost of the SKU for many items. One example is the following SKU:L175:Standard Cost - $42QTY on Hand - 425Expected Cost - $17,850 Cost per Valuation ReportAverage Cost - $235QTY on Hand - 425Cost on Inventory Valuation Report - $99,875 This appears to be an issue for all SKUs with an INCost ValMethod of “A”.Any reason why this INCost ValMethod would remain as average despite the SKU having

Dear all, In the old version, If there are multiple lines in the AP Invoice, there will be corresponding multiple lines in Convert purchases to assets.But Now in the new version 2023 R2,  If there are multiple lines in the AP Invoice, there will be only one line with total amount in Convert purchases to assets.So If I want to have multi lines as the old version, how to config? Thanks and Best regards,

I cannot figure out why I cannot get a specific cash account to appear when creating a refund.  As you can see PAYPAL and WEBSITE are  accessible cash accounts for the “UNSETTLED” payment method. We recently implemented the credit card surcharge features available through Acumatica Payments. Almost immediately, a request came in to enhance the Payment Receipt (AR643000) document to better delineate these charges.Specifically, we needed to clearly show the amount charged or refunded to the customer, the associated fees, and the resulting total balance. Attached is the customized stock report we developed to meet this requirement. Sharing here in case it might be helpful to others in the community or serve as a starting point if you are working on a similar customization.

Hello, I am new to acumatica, I am preparing for year end inventory, I cannot seem to prepare an inventory that shows all Active inventory Items. I have found that if I do a full physical inventory it actually is not. it leaves out items with 0 on hand.  Please anyone.

Hi,I am working with two customization projects in Acumatica 2025 R2, both extending the AR101000 (AR Setup) screen in the Modern UI. Project SRK100 adds a custom field UsrSRKTestCard inside a new fieldset (SRK100_BaseFields). Project SRK200 attempts to insert another custom field UsrSRKTestField using the after selector to place it immediately after the SRK100 field. The issue is: Problem: Although the customization compiles with no errors and both packages published successfully.  The field from Project SRK200 (UsrSRKTestField) display in the UI in ‘groupDataProcessingSettings’ field set.  But It should appear immediately after UsrSRKTestCard, but it is not. Good day CommunityI have created an ARM report which has PTD and YTD values on the same report but for some reason it is only displaying YTD in all columns and I can’t see the problem.PTD has Turnover as the Amount Type in the Data Source and YTD has Ending Balance, yet the amounts displayed are the same. Hello AllI am trying to create an approval map for expense claims that will require multi user approval.The flows are as below:Aprrovals for $20,000 limit - I have a workgroup assgined to this as it only requires one approver. Approvals for $20,000 - $50,000 limit - there is also a workgroup assigned to this as well as only one approver is required. Approvals greater than $50,000 - this is where the multi user approval is required. There are five (5) users who can approve these claims, however, they require a combination of any pair to approve i.e.: (user 1 and user 2), (user 1 and user 3), (user 1 and user 4), (user 1 and user 5), (user 2 and user 3), (user 2 and user 4), (user 2 and user 5), (user 3 and user 4), (user 3 and user 5), (user 4 and 5) at any time.I’m trying to figure out how I can get this to work. Instead of going to each cash purchase and releasing one by one , is it possible to release several cash purchases at once ?

I’ve setup up purchase order appovals with email notifications, but I’m only able to send the notification to the purchase order owner using ((Document.OwnerID.EMail));. I’m trying to use ((Approval.ApprovedByID.EMail)); to send the notification to the approver, but the ((Approval.ApprovedByID.EMail)) value is returning an empty string. What is the correct value to use to send the notification to the assigned approver for the purchase order. I’m not using approval workgroups, just a single defined approver. This is on version 2024 R2.

Using the ARM report for the Balance Sheet - I am having trouble with the turnover formula. I have a consolidated column and a Prior Year column but my turnover Consolidated- Prior Year is not calculating correctly. Any insight would be appreciated.  

Has anyone used a 3rd party product for AP automation? Companies like TRAILD, Tipalti, etc?We use the native AP “New Document Recognition”, but it is really klunky, and slow.  We have a ton of 3rd party Landed Costs and outbound freight.   We spend too much time processing these vendor invoices when they should simply just flow through the AP process. thank you.

Hi all, I have a case that I apply and reverse the bill which already applied to prepayment, but I cant find this bill to apply againStep 1: I go to prepayment APP001349 to apply a bill APB00286Step 2: I reverse that billNow  I want to apply that bill again but I cant find this bill in document to apply tab Do you have any idea? Please advice me.

 Is there a reason why ‘Credit Adj.’ and ‘Debit Adj.’ end with a dot (.)  But Bill and Prepayment does not have a dot at the end.
