Does Acumatica or any partner have documented best practices for managing the publishing of customizations that can be shared with me?  I am looking for a customer facing document to explain the need for discipline and coordination where customizations are created by multiple sources. Edit, I did find this blog post https://www.augforums.com/publishing-an-acumatica-customization-project/.  However, may main point is that I need to reinforce rule #2.

Hi Acumatica,I am trying to add parameters to a report for Inventory Transfers. I need to add DocType and RefNbr. I have run into this issue before, but the DocType allows me to select from the dropdown of Document Types; however, I cannot get the RefNbr to do a lookup of the Reference Numbers.

We have been facing an issue related to MYOB Advanced ERP (Accumatica) Filter($filter) option.When used $filter parameter in REST API, pass multiple conditions with 'or' operator.Like this in URL '$filter=CustomerID eq '21FEBUSER' or CurrencyRateType eq 'SPOT' which gives us this error:"exceptionMessage": "Only AND logical operator is supported","exceptionType": "System.NotSupportedException"Is there any solution/api/help available to get multiple record in single request to pass multiple condition from Acumatica ERP in REST URL.  

I’ve searched here but couldn’t see this specific question asked, but I have a customer who just went live and now they want to increase the length of the inventory ID from the current 15 to 25.  Can this be done safely with items already existing in the system?  Will those items be unaffected if this is done?  Thanks.

Hi all, Does anyone know how to get the Task Body (where often we have a template that populates it) into the Email Notification sent to the assigned group/user?I’ve tried ((Activities.Body)) from the Data Field dropdown and ((CRActivitiy_Body)) here but it doesn’t yield anything in the Email received. The Email Template is sent via a Business Event for “trigger by record change” and not an Automation Schedule.

We’re using Acumatica’s WMS and we’ve run into an issue with a pick list that was started by one user but not confirmed. The original picker left for the day without completing the pick, and now the pick list is essentially locked—no other users can access it, either through the picking screen or the pack-out stage.Is there a way for a different user (such as a supervisor or another picker) to either take over the pick list or force it into a confirmable state so we can move the order to packing?Any guidance on how to handle in-progress pick lists that are abandoned before confirmation would be appreciated!

Hello, I am trying to troubleshoot an Import Scenario where we are updating all of our Vendor ID’s. We’ve been able to successfully complete this in a Test environment, but for some reason I am unable to in our production instance. Any assistance would be appreciated! We have a custom import scenario that uses the “Specify New ID” target object. In Test environment, it works as intended - updating only the Vendor ID.In Production, we’ve replicated the scenario, and the import reports it completed successfully and with no errors, but the Vendor ID remains unchanged.What am I missing from the scenario in order to update the IDs? 

Hello,I am able to successfully log in after setting up the new system email and external application in Acumatica.  They have 2 factor authentication and as I said, I was able to do the initial sign in from Acumatica.  When I hit TEST of the system email it fails with this message. Any thoughts?  

We are receiving this error after upgrading from 23r1 → 24r2.  I have removed the device associated to the user and reinstall the mobile app.  No change…Thanks,Brett  

I created a template for adding specific line items to a sales order. When the line items are added, I want the Manual Price flag to be unchecked. I marked the manual price flag as False in the template. However, when the template is applied, the manual price checkbox is marked as true.

Hi Community I have never seen this before, but what would cause the Owner field to show in every other tab except for the Conditions tab?  I need this APQuickCheck.OwnerID as a Condition, but it does not show up. I can see it in the Parameters, Results Grid, and everywhere else.   Thanks,RJ  

We’ve recently found out that the accounts created for our customers to use the customer portal have access to our main Acumatica database as well. Is there a way to ensure that customers only have access to the portal and nothing else?

Hi Acumatica Community,I do have a concern. I was trying to create a dashboard for my Acumatica cases, and I want to get the total time of the initial response.Upon checking, the Initial responses are not populating any time, unlike the resolution time it has hours and minutes. My question here is, how do the initial responses work in Acumatica Cases 23r2? 

We just upgraded to 24R2 and are having issues trying to create a compliance line for insurance under the customer. This has never been an issue before. When trying to save the following warning is given:This is directly under the customer record and there are no other compliance lines listed for this customer. Has anyone else run into this and how did you fix it? Thanks!

I know that there’s a plugin that does something similar, but is there a way within base Acumatica to record when customers open emails?

We have a customer that wants to attach incoming emails that may contain multiple attachments to a Sales Order.  The only options I see in the Outlook integration is to a Contact, Case, Opportunity, or Project.   Is there another option I’m missing to add an activity to a Sales Order, Purchase Order, etc?
