Business Event Not Triggering

Hi everyone,

Has anyone tried creating a business event from a custom screen? We attempted using a GI as a workaround by pulling data from the audit history, but the business event still isn’t triggering.

There can be a few different reasons why a Business Event may not trigger when it should. In many cases, reviewing common configuration and troubleshooting areas helps identify the root cause quickly.

      Have you checked the Business Event History?
      It will give you a clearer understanding of whether the event is triggering correctly and if there are any errors preventing it from triggering.
