Does anyone know how we prevent the Company Entity from syncing in our Shopify B2B Connector?For some orders, we need Companies to exist in Shopify because Tax Exemption and Pricing Catalogs are assigned at the Company level in Shopify. But we don’t want Companies to sync in the connector.I have it turned off. But the Order sync is failing because the Company entity is inactive. If I activate the Company I’m getting a “CountryID cannot be empty” address error on the Company Entity — which doesn’t make much sense because the Company Location in Shopify has a complete address. Really confused on how to be successful here. It seems like Acumatica rolled out the Company entity without equipping customers or VARs on how to strategize for success. Thanks for any help.
Hello Community. I am looking for someone (Subject matter expert) that can help hand hold our purchasing and operations department whilst we implement the DRP within Acumatica. Is there anyone out there that charges by the hour to help two of our staff members set up all the purchasing forecasts and business events to automate what is possible and make the stock management as efficient as possible. This will have to include training on using a dashboard to manage the overview and to have a daily and weekly summary to send to the directors for their insight.In the near future we are seriously also considering integrating with a 3PL company for storage and we will need assistance with integration with their system via API’s.any recommendations, guidance or contacts appreciated.
I am sure this is a basic question, but I need to add some steps when releasing from Risk Hold.I copied my Release From Hold commands and changed it to ReleaseFromRiskHold. Visual Studio Acuminator message: The signature of a method with the PXOverride attribute must match the override method.I went into the Customization Project Code to have the system create the extension code for me. I did not find ReleaseFromRiskHold as an option. besides the customers screen , sales order screen (shipping tab and also line detail) and shipment screen (line detail) , where else the shipping rule is defined?
Is there a way to print a vendor bill or a cash purchase with all line item details for that matter? We pay our subcontractors but they don’t submit an invoice to us, so they need to be able to see what line items we paid out for on each check that we print. It seems like the check only shows the bill # or bill description with some report modification.
There are times an invoice is created accidentally and we need to reverse it but, for customers with Credit card terms, if we try to reverse an invoice, we get the error in the screenshot attached stating the customer does not have a braintree method set up. We do not want to refund the customer, just to reverse the invoice. This customer in the example screenshot pays with cc but he does not store his cc when he places orders, so we cannot set up a braintree profile for him. In these situations, how do we reverse an invoice for a customer with credit card (BPP) terms without having a braintree profile set up?
Can we set up Acumatica to only allow the printing of a Shipment Confirmation once the Confirm Shipment button has been pressed, and not before?
Hello, We are running into an issue where, when we manually update the Alternate ID on a SO line item, this change is not always saved by the system. This can happen even if the alternate ID is blank. However, this error is not easily reproduced and seems to happen at random. Any ideas on what could be causing this behavior? Thanks!
Where in the access rights by user list will I find the option to disable certain user roles from being able to release sales orders and invoices from credit hold?
When we build Sales Quote our Freight has to be included on a line item and the taxes are one amount. Then when we convert it to a sales order the tax amount changes. Same address and same tax area for sales quote and sales order. Can you elaborate on why the taxes change? Is there a solution to fix this?
In sales order I have the freight cost but freight cost is 0 in both shipment and AR Invoice.
Hello,I wanted to add a custom column in SO3030PL that any invoice due date smaller than today’s date plus 5 days and the status of the invoice is “Open,” then it should say Past Due, otherwise it should say “Current.” Here is my IF statement that is working normally without considering the invoice status:=IIf([ARInvoice.DueDate] + Day( 5) < Today(), 'Past Due','Current') I just need help on how to add the invoice status to the statement. Also, I could not name the column.
I’m trying to figure out why Acumatica changed the ShipAddressID on an order and what that means. I don’t see any visible changes to the order, nor can I figure out what these numbers mean. It did however remove the salesperson ID from the order lines.
I have a sales order which has partial shipments. My understanding is that If something in the order has shipped but not everything in the order has shipped, it should be in backorder status.So in this case the SO should show as ‘Back Order’, instead SO shows status as ‘Open’.
We often have purchases orders which will have multiple shipments going to many different addresses (warehouse, jobsite, hotel, contractors), depending on the current situation. We don’t know where each item will be shipped when we set up the PO, and I don’t see any functionality to handle this though the ship to address anyway. My team’s request is to have a field on the line item to note where product will be shipped (not full address), and also a field for the tracking information. I searched and did not see anything that dealt with this particular issue. It seems like the only option is to add two individual text fields to the PO detail line that can be extracted for reporting and research.I don’t believe the line note function will be adequate as each would have to be opened individual when you are in the PO. Has anyone else had to deal with this and come up with a solution?
Hello,During the purchase receipt process we sometimes update the prices because during the time of PO and Receiving prices can fluctuate a little. Is it possible to maintain the new updated prices for future orders after updating the prices. Thanks!
Hello,We need the freight cost that is defined on a dropship PO to be linked back to the sales order. We need the freight cost to be tracked and passed from the vendor back to the customer in order to track profitability for the freight line on the sales order. If we do not have the ability to track freight cost, then all we are getting on the sales order is the freight price which throws off profitability. Tracking dropship freight cost to a sales order invoice. Here is a dropship purchase order. I added line 002, Freight Charge, onto the PO at a $50 cost. This is the cost the vendor is charging us for freight. This line is linked to the sales order. We would like this cost reflected on the sales order that is linked to the dropship purchase order for profitability purposes. Here is the sales order that is linked to the dropship purchase order. Hello,Is there any way to not include the PO open order quantity in the available quantity on sales order ? For example, we have 2.28 CS of this item on hand, but the system shows 6.28 CS available because it included 4 CSs from open purchase orders that have not been received yet.
Our company typically has 1,000 projects open at any time. We also have over 1,000 stock items at our warehouses. Any of these stock items can be used on a project. How do we issue a stock item to a project where the inventory at the warehouse is relieved and the item quantity and cost are captured on the project? This seems like a very basic scenario that is difficult in Acumatica. Thanks for your comments.
