We have some items that require a core return. We ship out the new item and include a return label for the return of the core. We generate the return label in Shipstation, tied to the order/shipment of the new item going out.
Shipstation sends back the UPS tracker for the outbound box, but I’m not seeing anything that also has the tracker for the return label. I’m guessing it doesn’t come back into Acumatica, but I thought I’d see if anyone else may know.
