I’m trying to setup UPS integration with Acumatica. Looks like it’s no longer accepting API credentials instead requires OAuth. Does anyone have setup documentation?Is this the same issue with Fedex?

Looking for a Generic Inquiry to get the List of Matrix Items associated to Template Items. 

Is there a way to remove/reverse/delete an Issue so that we can return the Lot Serial number. Most of the time we do not receive the vendor credit memos until after we have Issued out the purchase order/po receipt. And we don’t use the Sales Order System - which has a RMA function but is not useful to us as we issue PO’s directly to the vendor. Also, is there an option to return to warehouse or vendor? We are trying to balance our inventory and making manual adjustments is not an option as we are very large company with hundreds of parts. We are new to Acumatica and any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Is there a process in Acumatica that allows you to do a return, leave the Purchase Order closed/completed, and create a credit?

I have set up Fixed Reorder Qty Replenishment for select products for our 6 Branches and I plan to run it each week to create Transfer Orders.Lets say that in the first week I have a product below it’s threshold for replenishment but Head Office does not have the stock to fill the order so it goes to Back Order.  When I run this again for week 2 the same item will come up again on the Transfer.  Does this method not account for Back Orders?  I realize the parameter is still being met in week 2 to generate the Transfer for this product but shouldn’t the system recognize that there is already a Back Order and leave it off the next Transfer? 

We would like to implement expiry tracking on some of our product ranges, but we’re currently unable to do so due to the following error.IN Error: Lot/serial class cannot be changed when its tracking method is not compatible with the previous class and the item is in use. We have made sure to check the type of exception and that it is not related to a similar issue, and can confirm that we’re making use of the ‘When Received’ method: We have made sure that there is no stock on hand for the item, however, there are quite a few allocated item plans against the stock item:

How do I add a Discount to a document (or line) that removes 15 cents per UNIT sold if the quantity sold is greater than 500 units?  Essentially, this discount will decrease the UNIT PRICE by 15 cents on every line for this customer. I can’t use percentage because the unit prices vary. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Good day.I have a requisition created with 12 lines. On the requisition screen, I can scroll up and down to see all items. On view/complete bidding screen under bidding results, I can only see 11 out of the 12 lines on a 15inch screen. If I don't use filters to check any missing items I don't see them on entering the bidding results. is there a way to be able to see all items or navigating to see all items outside getting a bigger screen or using filters.

Example - Customer A having X printer for shipping or carrier labels and they have setup the preferences for printing with X printer.Customer B having Y printer for shipping or carrier labels and when they try to print printer prints on X printer instead of Y. How we can add separate printer for separate customer and their location?

Using Build 23.108.The SO Sales Order Type is set up to Require Customer Order Nbr. with Allow Duplicates Validation.When we attempt to Create a Child Order from a Blanket Order, we get error “The customer order number cannot be empty.”.We were expecting Acumatica to copy the Blanket Order Customer Order Nbr to the Child Order, but this is not the case, so the child order creation step fails.We are forced to create the SO first, type the Customer Order Nbr.,  and then use action ADD BLANKET SO LINE, which is not an ideal workflow.Any ideas to improve this workflow?Thanks 

We want to use the shipping label that has an extra removable tab at the top.  Fedex wants to see"label_size": "4X6.75_TRAILING_DOC_TAB"We are using the Easypost API and it doesn’t support this size, the closest is regular 4x6.  Easypost supports it but the API doesn’t.  Has anyone managed to use this label size with any of the carrier integrations?

Hi,I have been poking around Acumatica to get the Withholding Taxes to deduct from the Order Total instead of adding it or say display something like belowInstead of this:The sample picture is a P.O. with VAT of 12% and WITHHOLDING TAX of 2%. Acumatica sums up all Taxes and Line Total to get the Order Total. But we need it to be:Order Total = Line Total + VAT (12%) - Withholding TaxIs this something I can do in the Customization? Has anyone been able to do this project?

Is there an option that would allow a stock item to be added to or removed from an existing template ID?  Example, an existing item is purchased from the manufacturer today with only one size and one color.  However, the following year they update the product to include multiple sizes and color.  We want to retain the history with the original size and color, but then add that item to a template item which includes the additional sizes and colors. I thought there was an option/configuration to allow the editing of template ID on an item, but can’t seem to find it.  Anyone know if that functionality exists?

When creating a purchase requisition and then a purchase order in Branch 1 from a purchase request created in Branch 4, the lines on the purchase order are created with a Branch 1 designation which is not correct.When creating the requisition and purchase order in Branch 4 from a purchase request created in Branch 4, the purchase order lines are created with a Branch 4 designation, which is correct.Our purchasing department typically work in Branch 1.  We don’t see a Branch designation on the purchase requisition screen which would notify the purchasing agent to switch to a different branch to create the requisition/PO.  The branch field is only visible on the PO line when created which is too late. Is there a solution we may be overlooking?Thank you.

Our client uses UPS (in the UK) without integration.  They have a tracking label with a reference number which is also supplied as a bar code.  As this number is rather long and difficult for the warehouse personnel to enter on the mobile app is there a way to open this field on the app and to have it scan and read the bar code and store it as the shipment tracking number? ThanksJames 

Our client is using an external shipping calculation for Sales.  Specifically EasyPost.  There are a number of Ship Via codes they will use for Sales.  At the same time they want to be able to use a different set of Ship Via codes on Purchase Orders.  Right now in both Sales Orders and Purchase Orders you see the same set of Ship Via Codes.  Is there any way to limit which are seen based on the document type?

Simple question, can you prevent deletion/cancellation of a Sales Order if it is linked to a Production Order?  Can it be based on the status of the RO (released, started, completed)?  I have found this is a recent feature for linked POs, but am wondering why it wasn’t implemented for ROs as well, or if I am just missing something. 

Is there a field where the open PO cost amount is stored, both at the line and order level?  We issue a lot of PO’s that have multiple receipts and I haven’t been able to easily run a report that shows open amount by line as well as the order total.

A client has requested to enable the Currency option on the Opportunity screen even though a Business Account had not been selected.  This will add a lot of value on a multicurrency environment. 

The ask to be able to have the system search other warehouses for available product that can be transferred, if none exist, then recommend a PO be created.  Is this feasible without a customization Thank you in advance for your help

Looking for suggestion my customer has line level payment terms discount. So for certain items that are invoiced to them if the customer pays by end of 1st month they get 5% off if they pay by end of second month then they get 4%, third month 3% etc. This could be on top of the customer terms and there could be other items on the same invoice that dont have this line level payment terms discount. Any ideas i know it will need development.
