Hi! I am trying to create a generic inquiry that would show the changes of a specific field, where on the GI a column shows what it was before, and what it is after the change.This field is enabled for audits. I checked both AuditHistory and AUAuditValues DAC, both data source contains information like change date or what field was modified, but it does not actually show the old and new value of the field.Are the changes in audit history reportable? If so, what DAC should I be looking at that would show the actual value changed?Thanks!

Hello experts,A user gets “undefined: cannot set properties of null ( setting 'lastCompany')” error message when they try to drill down into the details of the monthly P&L. We are unable to replicate it even when you sign in as the user. They only get it when they sign into Acumatica with their profile. This happening to one user and report is a custom oneAny ideas?

What is the best way to have the system apply a particular set of prices to an opportunity based on the class or attribute of the lead or opportunity ?It seems to bring in the base price of the item until the opportunity is linked to a Business account and after linking the business account to a price class.It seems a long way around. Thanks James 

 I have 2 Field Attribute Custom: Name and Short Description (using customization Project).On the Import Scenarios page, I added the mapping to 2 Fields Name and Short DescriptionAt Data providers I also added 2 fieldsHowever, I use Import by Scenario to import my items into stock items.

Hello, We are changing our internal Business Account Classes and have been told by Acumatica we cannot delete or mark a Business Account Class as inactive, even when all records have been updated to a different class.  This feature would be beneficial, as I have slim options to prevent users from using the class we are attempting to remove.  This option is available for Customer Classes, but not Business Account Classes. 

We upgraded to 2024R2 and we have 2 issues that need help to resolve:When we email quotes or SO it defaults to the account email and not the contact in the SO form? this is new in 2024R2 for us We have a message that pops up in the SO or invoices in the description field when saved or copied, the message is “keep”, can this be removed or what is the purpose?

Hi everyone,I’ve just configured the Teams integration with Acumatica and have been experimenting with how we can utilize the integration. One idea we’ve had is to use a business event to send a Teams message to a specific member when a support case is opened, with some relevant details.I have been able to send messages to a channel, but we’d rather have a message sent to an individual Teams member in their chat. I thought I’d be able to add a subscriber to the business event using the Action Execution type with the Teams Activity screen (CR306040) as the Action Screen, however I receive the error: “Error: Unhandled exception has occurred, your changes have been rolled back: Error: An error occurred during processing of the field ActionScreenID: Screen 'CR306040' is not an inquiry screen..”Is there a better way to go about sending Teams chat messages than using the Teams Activity?Thank you!

We are exploring deleting branch locations and consolidating them. Long story short, we set it up wrong and need want to move it to how it should be used.We will probably wait until all open Service Orders / Appointments with the older branch locations are completed, closed & billed out until deleting them, but in a Sandbox I deleted the Branch Location and it makes that required field have a warning that the Branch Location has been deleted, and in the GI it is NULL.What ramifications can I expect to see if I delete branch locations?

Using the native Shopify Connector with Acumatica, we're looking to automate order fulfillment status updates. Specifically, when an order is finalized in Acumatica, we want it to automatically update the fulfillment status in the connected Shopify store. Is this functionality available within the native connector's configuration settings? If so, could you please guide me through the setup process?

Currently we are assessing inventory demand for purchasing qty or selling remaining inventory by demand from actual customers orders, kit assemblies, transfer orders.  For retailers that have not submitted an actual sales order within an expected period, but we are expecting them to order, we are currently using TR orders or fake SO to count their potential order qty.  However it is difficult to keep track of the fake TR/SO orders especially if the retailer does actually send the order in on time and we have had times where we duplicated the demand because the fake order and the legitimate order were present.  Idea to resolve this is to create SO type with but treat it as QT but reflects as hard demand.  But was curious if there was another way to do this other than making another order type. As a quick context point before demand planning and MRP suggestions, the products we carry are almost always one time purchases, there is no restock, so this makes it important th

There is a scenario that an stock item called 'A' as a component in a Bill of material relaces with a item called 'B' when the required quantities of 'A' are not available.The BOM is configured as Backflush,FIFO and they cannot use a revision for BOM using Item B to report material since they don't know the exact point the product use 'B'.Can anyone please suggest a possible method to carry out a scenario like this?it requires to backflush 'B' when the 'A' is not vailable in the location.

Is there anyway we can put customer on Credit hold, but still process all materials to FG, but NOT ship product until credit is released?  We have very long leadtimes, and want a CREDIT HOLD FOR SHIPMENT ONLY - 

My company implemented with Acumatica in the middle of 2016.  At the time a default currency of “US” was chosen.  All of our accounts and cash accounts default to the currency id of ‘US’. I assume that since that time more currencies have been added, and the US Dollar currency is now traditional labeled ‘USD’.  Now we are trying to utilize the bank feed capabilities and I am getting errors preventing me from setting up the bank feed stating “Select a Cash Account in the USD currency”.  I don’t see a way to change any of these existing accounts from the currency of US to USD.  How do we fix this problem of US instead of USD?

Hi, We've created a custom generic inquiry for our client, but it's returning duplicate results from the EPTimecarditem table. When I group the inquiry by PMTran.NoteID, it correctly displays a single line from the EPTimecarditem table. However, the Road Name/Skid No field displays the same value across all lines, even though the timecard entry has different values for each line under this field.I've attached the generic inquiry for your reference. Any assistance with this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thanks 

Hi there everybody.  I am slowly learning and making my way through working on and learning the ins and outs of Acumatica. I managed so far to create some basic customizations, and have my own local instance of Acumatica on my computer for testing.  I don’t have a background in IT or coding, so I am just learning as I go.  My company is currently looking at integrating a Credit Card Processing (We will be using Acumatica payments I believe) and I want to be able to test getting everything set up, and make sure that when we go live, everything runs smoothly and we aren’t blindsided by any issues.  I recently came across the Acumatica Dummy Credit Card Plug-in AKA DemoHostedFormIntegration (https://github.com/Acumatica/DemoHostedFormIntegration) which seems to be perfect for testing what having a credit card processor would be like.  The only issue is that I have n

Hi there,I’m just completing the Lesson 6 of the P100 training module, and it stops the lesson’s steps when an item has been issued, and doesn’t cover how to issue stock to the project (i.e., have the actual cost appear under the Project’s cost budget.So being curious, I went and processed an Inventory Issue against the project, expecting this to move it to an actual project cost at that point, but it doesn’t appear under the “Actual Amount” column on the respective row within the “Cost Budget” tab, and I can’t seem to understand why. Under other posts within the community that I’ve read, they also suggest that what I’ve done should work.Business scenario is that I have 2x JUICER10C Inventory items which are being purchased and then issued to Project HMBAKERY2 (which has Inventory Tracking set to “Track by Location”), I would perform the below steps:Raise PO for 2x JUICER10C, mapping it against Project HMBAKERY2. Then Save, Release the docum
