I am receiving this error when I try to go into project X to look at all the associated invoices: “Cannot open this record for editing: The form PM301000 does not contain it.” I have tried unpublishing any customization projects and this does not resolve the issue. I also have rights to view the screen. The only project that gives me this message is project X. I have seen that this is a known issue, though I have not figured out how to fix this.
Hey there. I have a SO that had a drop ship item on it. Twice as much product was received via a purchase receipt. The PR was released but not billed. The customer has also not been invoiced for the “extra” product received. I saw some documentation on how to undo this if the product had been invoiced to the customer and billed by the vendor. Do I need to go thru that entire process even though the customer has not been invoiced for the additional product and the PR does not have an AP Bill?
We are getting the following error when searching in a GI if there are multiple results for the entered characters or word. It functions normally on a browser and if there is only one result.Server Protocol Error Error 404 - requested URL or resource not found. Contact Acumatica ERP server Administrator. Acumatica version 24R2. Most recent App on both Android and iOS.
I would like to create a generic inquiry that lists the project account groups together with the GL accounts in each project account group. There is a table called PMAccountGroup, but I can’t find a “child” table showing all the GL accounts. Has anybody successfully done this?I will use this inquiry as a “sub” GI for an inquiry on AR invoice lines, to show which project account group the AR invoice line has impacted. This can then be compared to budget to show which AR invoice lines have deviated from Revenue Budget.
From the Inventory Allocation Details (IN402000 screen) page, I’m interested in these fields:I used to get these values from the database using this SQL query:select [QtySOBackOrdered],[QtySOShipping],[QtySOBooked],[QtySOPrepared]FROM [dbo].[INSiteStatus] (NOLOCK) sswhere InventoryID=19560 and CompanyID=2 Unfortunately, these values aren’t changing in the database on a daily basis even though they are changing on the Inventory Allocation Details (IN402000 screen) page. In fact, they haven’t changed at all since the upgrade from 22R2 to 24R1. It looks like the InventoryQtyByPlanType code is used to populate this grid in 24R1 but, looking at the refactored code, I’m not seeing how these fields are calculated or which database tables they are derived from. Does anyone know where these values are stored in the Acumatica SQL database?
We need an generic inquiry that will show users statuses of their PO Requests all the way up to related PO Receipts. Please help us to link the Request Line table to Requisition Line table. There is a button on the Requests screen that will open up the Requisition detail. What fields should we use to link together Request Line to the related Requisition Line in the GI?Many thanks in advance!
Hello, We recently updated our module. When generating purchase orders the warehouse location is auto defaulting to the wrong location. how would i mass change this to the correct location? After reviewing Vendor profiles, we discovered the purchase settings for WAREHOUSE within the profile is blank. With that said we cannot figure out why it would default to the wrong location and why our data was deleted after the update. Not sure if we will have to change this for each individual vendor one at a time or if a mass data dump possible. thank you.
Hello, We are able to select the Mark For Production checkbox on all order types besides RM. We are not trying to do this on the receipt line, but we are trying to do this on the issue line. I have already tested the “Make item to order” box is properly functioning. Any Ideas on why we cannot mark a line for production on an RM? Thanks :)
I’ve found that marketing campaigns only allow emailing members once. That makes no sense to me. Doesn’t a “campaign” imply a cadence of emails? Here is another post I found on this issue: Marketing Mass Emails, can only email once | CommunityAppreciate any thoughts!
Hi everyone,I am customizing report SO643000 (Invoice) and I need to show the tax amount for items that actually have tax. I joined ARTax to ARTran on TranType, RefNbr, and LineNbr. The tax value appears correctly, but after adding ARTax, the same item starts printing twice. One row shows the tax and the other is blank. My goal: Print each item only one timeShow the tax amount only for items that have taxDo not repeat or duplicate the item row Has anyone done this before on SO643000?Is there a recommended way to show ARTax.CuryTaxAmt for an item only if that item has a tax record, without causing duplicate ARTran rows?Any guidance, formulas, or examples would be greatly appreciated. I have attached Report
From the IP display page it looks like Acumatica is suggesting that we order 2 cases or this item. But when I go to the Display By Item for this item, I see that a PO already exists and that what is on the PO will suffice our inventory needs (and then some since a customer placed a special order). Here are the Warehouse Details for this item: If my purchaser wasn’t being so diligent about double checking IP recommendations she would have ordered an additional 2 cases that we did not need. How do I make that Inventory Planning Requirement line not show up on the IP Display page?
I just finished a meeting about phantom BOM items and wanted to get the community’s perspective. From what I’m seeing, continuing down the phantom path might reduce visibility into what’s actually being built and why. It also looks like materials tied to phantom BOMs won’t appear on the Critical Materials screen. My question: who here is actively using phantom BOMs, and what real advantages have you found? Our main reason for considering phantoms is to avoid creating separate production orders for subassemblies that we don’t stock, which would otherwise lead to redundant move transactions and extra data entry.
Please help me figure this out.I’m creating multiple variants across multiple templates, and I want to do it using import scenarios. I already created Template Item via import scenarios. Right now using that list template item, I want to create each of the a variant using import scenarios. First I want to check this two columnsThen Hit the create matrix item and confirmed. Thank you .
Does Acumatica have a business plan within its software? One that helps sales create their plan for the upcoming year and help them keep track of where they need to be?
I created a GI in 2025R2 and wanted to import into a client who is running 2025R1. Is this okay, or will it cause a problem? Very simple GI only using APInvoice and APTran DACs.
I’m trying to transfer custom field values from ARInvoice (screen AR301000) to the GL Batch record created during release.I added matching custom fields to both DACs via customization:ARInvoice DAC fields: UsrCustomerExtContractNbr (nvarchar(30)) – N° contrat plateforme UsrCustomerExtJournal (nvarchar(30)) – Journal plateforme UsrCustomerExtRefNbr (nvarchar(30)) – N° de facture plateforme Batch DAC fields: UsrExtContractNbr (nvarchar(30)) – N° contrat plateforme UsrExtJournal (nvarchar(30)) – Journal plateforme UsrExtRefNbr (nvarchar(30)) – N° de facture plateforme I override the ARReleaseProcess.ReleaseDocProc method to handle the release logic, but when the batch is created, these custom fields remain blank in the GL Batch record.Question:Why aren’t the custom fields from ARInvoice being transferred to the GL Batch during release? Here is ARReleaseProcess graph code:using System;using System.Collections.Generic;using PX.Data;using PX.Objects.AR;using PX.Objects.GL;using Cegid.
In looking at the AR601000 - Sales Profitability Analysis, why would freight “cost” not be considered or factored in the overall profit margin/invoice cost?

Hello team,Shopify customers are linked to the primary contact in Acumatica, and I think I need a customization to change that link to the general contacts in the customer profile instead. Our goal is to be able to link multiple contacts as customers for the same account. Currently, we are limited to one. Under the entity mapping tool, I do not have the contacts section as an option to map to.Kindly share your suggestions on this.
I am trying to add an Attribute that has a selector control type to an inventory ID. I set it up as follows: I then go to the inventory ID class and try to select it but it is not available: Observations:If I change the attribute type to anything other than selector, it becomes available in the Class ID Attribute screen. I tested the selector by creating a user ID field and adding the selector to a user defined field. It worked as expected. Is there a restriction or issue with adding a selector type field to to inventory class id?
I'm trying to create a business event that triggers when a task has been open for more than 2 hours. I created a generic inquiry with the condition to include only tasks where the created date time is less than 2 hours ago. Then I set up the business event to trigger on record change, for each record, with the trigger condition set to "record inserted."However, the business event isn't triggering. Any ideas what might be wrong?!-->
Hello all,Thanks for any advice here. I’m struggling to create an omnibus Financial Reports package that is a standalone Customization Project. I’ve tried a few approaches but I’m not seeing what I want.Starting with the ARM reports:I’ve selected a specific ARM report and exported the XML file from Report Definition. Then I’ve tried both preserving the original code (DBS is shown here) and modifying the XML to have a new code (EG MyOrgDBS). I’m getting the same results though- but open to feedback if that is important or not. Then I take that XML file and add it to the ‘Files’ area of the designated Customization Project. Then, I export that project and import the .ZIP to another instance of Acumatica (same version - 2025R1). The results I’m getting are that I do not see that the ARM file’s Description field is preserved, which makes me think that the ARM report that I am attempting to import (as part of the Customization project ) is being preserved at all. Is there a more appropriate
Hi all,I have an error when processing Mass Email. The first time I clicked Send, it only generated two emails, but the campaign has hundreds of members. I then copied email to create new one. Now I get the error in screenshot below.Details:There is a campaign selected on Campaigns tab. Both the Campaign and its associated Marketing List have hundreds of members, and all of them have email addresses. Thanks in advance for any help.
Why is my hyperlink not working after I converted to the modern UI?
