Cannot Access Some Community Links

Hi Everyone,

I just need some guidance. I cannot access the following link:

https://community.acumatica.com/ideas/in-mrp-exceptions-treat-reorder-point-demand-differently-than-safety-stock-demand-15411

 

It says that I need to be assigned the proper access roles to view this page. Does anyone know how I can get this access? Who should I contact to request this, and is there an email address or contact information available?

Hi ​@NAAcumatica - This has been covered a few times on the community. The community doesn’t control your access. Your access is controlled by the information in Acumatica CRM. If your information there is not connected to a business account (yours is not), then you need to work with whoever manages your business account to set that up. Access to certain areas of the community are only available to registered customers and partners. Hopefully this helps.

If your information there is not connected to a business account (yours is not), then you need to work with whoever manages your business account to set that up. This account was created for my personal use and not for any company associated with it.

I understand, as you mentioned, that certain areas are accessible only to registered customers and partners.
