We have been on 2025 r1 for months without any issues.  Today we are unable to generate USPS Priority labels, we receive a popup error, This file already exists.  We can generate USPS Ground and Fedex labels without issue.

We are using the easypost connector, if i login to the site i can generate labels without any issues.

I already tried setting up a new carrier in Acumatica and mapping the shipvia to that carrier, same error.

Any ideas?

Yes I came across that earlier.  This is not on a test instance (or using the test api for the easypost connection), it is production and the carriers are set to production.

I just came across this in the 2025 r-1 notes, looks very close to our issue.
AC-341248: When a shipment was confirmed using the Pacejet integration, and the service method did not return a tracking number, the label file was saved with a default name. As a result, when another shipment with the same service method was confirmed, the system displayed the following error message: This File already exists.

I have a ticket open with our VAR so hopefully they will reach out to Acumatica and let us know if this is the same issue.  Unfortunently the note does not have a workaround so we will need to wait for Acumatica to fix
