Develop Customizations

On SOOrderEntry.cs we have the ‘Prepare Invoice’ PXAction. I’d like to add a new PXAction that allows me to run the same functionality as the InvoiceOrder method but I want to add some additional criteria to the selection of the SOLine records so I can invoice a sub-set of the details.I suspect that I have to PXOverride the InvoiceOrder method within my customization but, here’s the challenge, I would like to leave the regular ‘Prepare Invoice’ functionality alone.So do I have to try to copy all of the underlying code for my button or is there a way that my PXAction can do some magic ‘temporarily replace the InvoiceOrder function with this code until I’m done and then swap back in the regular InvoiceOrder function’ coding?

Hello,I think I’m missing something obvious but I’m struggling.I’ve overridden the ConvertQuoteToProject method on Project Quotes (PM304500).The baseMethod is called and this creates a project, I use SelectFrom to get the PMProject object and this contains the data I would expect.Now I want to access the RevenueBudget data but this is returning a null value. Hello, My goal is to create multiple shipments from the SalesOrder SO Workflow, one for each associated warehouse. My first step was to copy over the existing action/function and ensure that it functioned as the original.The below code has been copied and slightly modified to work in an extension. I have disabled the PXLongOperation as well for two reasons, 1) it caused a PX1008 error, 2) is allows easier debugging. I have a processing page to “mass delete” empty customer records.  On the processing dialog, it shows the Remaining count as the total count of the records being processed until ALL items have been completed.  Then, the Processed count shows all 3 items processed successfully after they are ALL complete.I’m being a bit picky here, but I want the Processed count incremented and the Remaining count decremented after each record is processed.When you click the PROCESS ALL button, this is where it starts out After processing is complete for all 3 records, it shows this: This is an example of my code: public static void DoIt(List<ICSMCCustomersToProcess

We are trying to add a collection of side panels to the Projects Screen.I am able to connect four of the 6 that have been requested, but the other two are causing an issue.The screen are not available for selection when setting up the side panel. I noticed the Drawing log and Photo Logs screen numbering indicated they are ‘Inquiry” type forms. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. 

I get JSON data from ECommerce market. Then the product’s fields, such as price, quantity, customer, vendor and etc. must me mapped to Acumatica’s native fields. How does this process work in Acumatica’s original BigCommerce connector?

I’m working on some random stuff and curious how difficult it would be to do the following couple of things as an example from a custom DAC/Graph.  I know I could just create inventory batches and post them or AR Invoice Batch, but is there a way to do it without all that overhead? Post an Inventory Transaction, but be able to control/set the COGS side of the transaction Post a Non Inventory Transaction and control both sides of the GL Entries Create an AR Invoice and post it, possibly overriding some of the accounting but having it calculate taxes and run normal invoice emailing and all that logic.What would be the best way to go about doing those three things from a custom set of tables?

Hello everyone, Acumatica’s standard workflow is missing from the Change order screen. I’m doing testing on a custom application in 2021R2.  I am trying to delete a customer from the sample database and I am getting this message:I’ve run a sql query against every table that has a field name with ‘%BAccountID%’ and ‘%CustomerID%’ (which was over a hundred).  The only place that account ID is referenced is in the Customer, BAccount, Location and a couple other customer setup tables.  I can find no records in anything related to Equipment.I’ve tried debugging the Delete process but I cannot find the place in the available code repository where validations are done to check for orphan records, so….does anyone recognize “Equipment” and have any idea what that table might be?

Hello all, Is there a way to make in input field that currently takes decimal number to take only a whole number?  We have a few fields that are only used to record output quantity and scrap.  To reduce errors i would like to remove decimal places as we would never scrap part of something.  example We output 16 we scrap 3. Thank for any help you can provide.
