Hi, We would like to print our checks to out dot Matrix printer we have the correct layout but printing from the AP.64.10.00. Its almost like the printer can not understand how to print this.  We also cant add the check in the Device hub Q as this report can not be added to that Q this leaves us with the PDF check report that opens on the a new tab and this report is not printing to our dot matrix printer. is there a config in the Report Designer that would allow the dot Matrix printer to decode the strings and print them.  Please let me know if someone has managed to print checks to a dot Matrix printer out of Acumatica. 

Good Day,This is my first time to post here in the site, please bear with me. :)One of the requirements of our project is to duplicate an existing screen (Customer Contracts) into a new screen (Vendor Contracts) imitating the existing screen. I already saw one approach that the asp files can be copied and renamed but that is possible only for the ASP files.Could this be possible? If so, are there other things to consider (graphs, DACs of the existing screen to be duplicated as well?) Are there other ways to achieve this?I'm still new to acumatica btw. Any responses are very much appreciated.Thanks and stay safe.

Good day,This isn’t causing any particular issues per-say, but ever since we’ve upgraded to 22R1, we get the following warnings when publishing customizations.\Controls\PageTitle.ascx.cs(877): warning CS0219: The variable 'webItem' is assigned but its value is never used\Controls\PageTitle.ascx.cs(1105): warning CS0414: The field 'User_PageTitle.auditMenuEnabled' is assigned but its value is never usedCustomization Log SampleI’m more just curious where this might have crept in, and whether it’s specifc to our instance, or if more people are seeing this one.If anyone is aware of a solve for this warning, that’d be great too.

I have added the ‘Add PO Line’ action to the PO receipts screen on the mobile app by following the steps on the last few pages in the T410 manual.  This works great to add the lines and release the receipt.  To streamline the process, I would like to have the ‘Add PO Line’ action available on the Document Summary screen by default.  To explain further, if I update the ‘formActionsToExpand=’ to 4, then I have all actions appear at the bottom in this order: Hold, Assign, Release, Add PO Line.  If I update it to be ‘formActionsToExpand=’ to 2, I have Hold, Assign, … with the option to select … and Add PO Line.How do I get it to be displayed as the following: Hold, Add PO Line, … on the document summary screen for the PO receipt?It appears that when I added priority, listPriority and formPriority were not available options in current context.  I have also attempted to add the action, as I’ve done, then below it say update recordAction in attempt to reorder the actions.

Hi, seeking for help on how I can implement the following: Sales Order Header & Details Tab:    Description: We don't want to show the Status.    Shipping Rule: Ship Complete Sales Order: Financial Tab: Credit Card Sales:     Payment Method: AUTH NET    Cash Account: WELLSFARGOAll other sales: Use companies default payment method (I think this is doing this already) Sales Order: Shipping Tab:     FOB Point: Prepaid    Shipping Rule: Ship Complete Sales Order: Totals Tab:    Freight Price needs to populate in Premium Freight Price instead.  Invoice Description: No Status (Assuming its the same information from Sales Order, but including in case it isn't) Order Comments:   Can we have order comments printed as a line note on the packing slip? Preferable the very last line item.   Thank you. 

Does it concern anyone that the “Pick Pack and Ship” workflow seems to be completely devoid of units or measure? Once you had added an item, it will show the unit of measure for a second, but once you’re onto the next item it’s gone. And NONE of the other screens will show you which unit of measure you picked. All the below screens are examples of how this workflow is completely devoid of units of measure. This is kind of an important feature, since the difference between picking (and selling) 1 pound of something versus 1 each of something that weights 1000 lbs is pretty big. So you don’t want your warehouse people to be confused about which they’re picking.This is just another example of a workflow that never got vetted by anyone in a warehouse. Sure, we can customize it to add this back, but should we really have to?      

When I’m doing a customization on Customer Portal I added a new DAC in PortalV1 namespace.  However, Visual studio does not allow me to use that namespace in another class & it gives  “The type or namespace name could not be found” error.  Any idea about fixing this issue?Thanks.

I have an override on the SOShipmentEntry CreateInvoice action that works fine when the Prepare Invoice button is pressed on the Shipments screen, but not when it is ran through the Process Shipments screen.  The screenshot below is a simplified version of the override.  The Base.Document.Current.ShipmentNbr field is null and also Base.Transactions.Select() returns no records.  What am I missing?  I need a reference to the shipment nbr so I can reference back to the order to update some custom fields on the invoice that’s generated. ThanksScott

Hi all,I’ve implemented a customization to the Physical Inventory Review screen.In short, the customization is to accomodate the odd occasion where lot tracked items have multiple batches on a single location (technically shouldn’t happen, but in a retail environment it’s impracticle to have multiple locations, so we operate on 1 shelf location).I’ve implemented the customization in such a way that the staff can count all of the lot numbers of a particular stock item into 1 ‘fake’ lot number. I’ve then added a new custom action to the menu, which allows them to distribute the counted line item across multiple lots.I’ve managed to get all this done & working correctly, EXCEPT that the screen doesn’t update the details section & totals section until such time that the screen is reloaded manually. Am I perhaps missing some call in the code to refresh the screen sections?PS. we are on Build 22.111.0020Any assistance is highly appreciated.Screen before & After clicking the Distr

I’m getting an error when deploying a package with a custom screen to another instance of Acumatica.You can see in the screenshot below, that an extra comma is being added to the create table statement. Hello.We would like to append a running operation number (custom field) for each batch of printed reports, but only when we print via bulk processing. For all printed records, it should be the same number and only increment when we start another operation via the bulk processing screen. This would be useful for a history and for the ability to sort records by operation number.Example:Order 2728# | Operation: 1Order 2872# | Operation: 1Order 2879# | Operation: 1#Stop - #Start of next mass processingOrder 2218# | Operation: 2Order 2389# | Operation: 2#Stop... and so onIs it clear what we want to achieve?If yes: Is this possible in any way? 

Does anyone know if its possible to modify the fields that are searched for autocomplete? The request is to have the Project ID field in time entry to also search by Project Customer Name and also not include inactive projects in the autocomplete of the field. Is this possible?

We are about to upgrade from 2020 R2 Build 20.208.0031 to 2022 R1 Build 22.109.0023. We have noticed that our GIs that are actually on production are not in sync with those that are in our custom code package. This is the result of direct edits on the production site without then bringing those changes into the code package. Our question is whether this will be an issue. More specifically, as we proceed with the upgrade, will the GIs in the code package update/touch/revert the GIs that were previously in the db/site ? Or will it leave them alone and not revert them to the versions that are in the code package? For normal package publishing and unpublishing, this has not been an issue. But since we are doing the upgrade, we want to anticipate and address any issues that may arise.Many thanks in advance.

Hello everyone, I have a few custom forms (new screens) and a set of fields on Acumatica’s standard screens. I have two questions:how can I set a screen visibility in the site map based on an enabled/disabled feature from FeaturesSet? I have a set of fields which are repeating on multiple screens. I know I can set their visibility using RowSelected event on each individual screen but I was wondering is there any easier way of setting a group of fields visibility from FeaturesSet or Setup screens rather than doing on each screen?

Is it possible to revert the long run operation status back to the checkbox instead of the popup that shows up in the upper right? We are on 2022 R1.
