Hi Everyone,I’m working on a customization where I need to add an action to the Sales Order line that behaves similar to the standard Add Related Item function. I already have a custom popup and a DAC that stores line-level kit component details. Now I want to extend this by adding the “Add Related Item” functionality inside my custom action.I’m looking for guidance on the correct approach: How can I call or reuse the existing “Add Related Item” logic from my custom action? Is there a way to trigger the same popup and selection logic that Acumatica uses in the standard action? If the standard behavior cannot be reused directly, what is the recommended pattern to rebuild this functionality for a custom grid action. Any examples or references of extending or overriding the Add Related Item action would be helpful. Screenshot to refer : This is my action in grid & I copy same field in action with same attribute but its not working. Thanks in advance for any suggestions or example

I have a custom smart panel with a grid inside it, and I need to focus the cursor on a specific field in the first row of this grid when the panel opens, as if I had clicked on that field. Does anyone know if this is possible to implement? To be more specific, let’s take the grid on the TASKS tab from the PM301000 screen as an example. Is it possible to make it so that when this tab is opened, the system automatically behaves as if the first row’s Rate Table column has been clicked, just like in the screenshot?

We received a credit card refund from a vendor and I am unable to see it when I am reconciling the credit card statement.  I have entered the debit adjustment in AP.

What can I do with a user that constantly is getting locked out? Besides clearing temporary files and cookies, what can be done to minimize this issue?

Hello Acumatica Community,We currently apply multiple discount codes to a single AR Invoice. These discounts are summed and posted as a single document discount, which is then mapped to one GL discount account. Is there a way to configure Acumatica so that different discount codes on the same AR Invoice can post to different GL accounts instead of being combined into a single discount posting?Any guidance or recommended approach would be appreciated.

Hello,We refunded the customer, but in Acumatica the refund was voided by mistake (this was not voided on the credit card portal). The customer did receive the refund — the issue is only with the record inside Acumatica. What is the best way to correct this so the system reflects the actual refund?Thank you.

Hi Everyone, We have a requirement involving a Form and Grid in the Mobile Application. Currently, adding a single line item requires about six steps (as listed below). If a user needs to add more than 20 lines, it results in a large number of clicks and becomes inefficient. Is there a way to streamline this process or reduce the number of clicks required to add multiple lines?Click on the Details Tab Click on the (+) button Click on the Inventory ID selector  Select the Inventory ID Click on the Update buttonWeb Screen: Mobile: Click on Details tab and click on + Select the Inventory ID Click on Update   Added Item to GRID

Hi,I have completed the initial steps for migrating from the Classic UI to the Modern UI and am currently working on Modern UI enhancements. However, I am encountering an issue where the Site Map screen continues to load indefinitely, making it inaccessible and preventing any updates or navigation. The same issue appears to affect Customization Projects as well.I would appreciate any guidance or suggestions you could provide to help resolve this.Thank you in advance. Premalatha N

I noticed I am not getting notified when there are new topics/posts to the communities I am subscribed to, even though I have that option selected in my settings. I get notified for replies, but not new posts. I unsubscribed and resubscribed hoping that would fix it but no luck. Is there a tip I am missing?

I created a new DAC and a new related graph.I tried adding a screen for that DAC/Graph.I went to Screens->Create Screen. A create screen form was presented.I provided the requested details, including the graph name. When I click on Create, the graph name field is cleared and is marked as an error that reads, "The graph already exists."I assume that this is a noobie’s error, so I would appreciate the guidance of the colleagues in this group.

I’m trying to setup new bank feeds for WF commercial accounts but cannot find the right institution in Plaid or MX. An article from last year mentioned using the MX Bank Feed Type… but Wells Fargo CEO is not an option. Not sure if something changed on the MX side of things or I need to search for it a different way, I tried just about all I could think of. Using the Wells Fargo institution with my credentials does not work since the sign in page is different for commercial accounts.

I created a business scenario for the month end close.  Essentially a checklist of everything that needs to be done before financials can be run.  On the Scenario the assigned to column shows the PKID# and not the employee name.  You see the name if you were to go into the task.  Is there an easy way to show the name instead of the number.   I am assuming there is no easy way other than to create a customization project for it. I took a quick look and the scenario ( WZTask) is a child of the ContactID table so I assume I would have to link that table to WZtask and use the Membername field from the ContactID table.   It seems weird that it wouldn’t default to the name.

Hello, we have a situation where we need to use a different variance account for a landed cost code. I changed the landed cost code variance account, but when the adjustment is created it pulls from the inventory item.  I do not have the option to clear out the landed cost variance GL code mapping on the posting class. I guess my question is, why is the landed cost variance account code account an available field on the landed cost code if there is no override button to point to the landed cost code variance account on the landed cost variance GL code code vs pulling the landed cost code from the inventory item?

I am working with ARAdjust in Acumatica and need to apply adjustments for custom AR document types that are not included in the standard [ARInvoiceType.AdjdList].Currently, the field in the DAC is defined as:[PXDBString(3, IsKey = true, IsFixed = true, InputMask = "")][PXDefault("INV")][PXUIField(DisplayName = "Doc. Type", Visibility = PXUIVisibility.Visible)][ARInvoiceType.AdjdList]public virtual string AdjdDocType { get; set; } When I try to set AdjdDocType to my custom type, the PXSelector on AdjdRefNbr fails, because the selector only allows standard AR types. My goal is to extend the AdjdDocType field to accept custom document types while keeping ARAdjust functionality intact. What is the recommended approach in Acumatica for this? Can I safely extend the [ARInvoiceType.AdjdList], or is there another way to handle custom document types in ARAdjust?

Hi, I am trying to release this attached bill but keep on getting this error, I have updated the numbering sequence as well for some reason few bills are still returning this error. Anyone else encountering same problem?

Hi Acumatica,Goal: To delete a fixed asset that has transactions released and posted to GLBackground: We accidentally released a fixed asset purchasing transaction, and in the moment, posted the incorrect transaction to the GL, and posted a reversing entry in the GL. Now, when we attempt to delete the fixed asset, Acumatica disallows this. Furthermore, Acumatica disallows the deletion of the purchasing transaction that was created for the asset (and subsequently released and posted to the GL).Please help!Thank you,

I have one Bill of amount 10,000 (Post Period December) and have a debit adjustment of amount 40 (post period : October) .  Both Bill and Debit adjustment is for the same vendor. Both Bill and Debit Adjustment status is ‘Open’ I went to the Debit Adjustment and clicked ‘Apply’ , this to me to the below screen .I tried to find the Bill , but Bill does not appear .Did I miss something ? or am I not doing it in the correct way ?

I need to change the background color of rows on the Batch Payments screen (AP305000) based on a Boolean field added through an extension of the CABatchDetail DAC. I referred to a few community posts and attempted two different approaches, but neither worked as expected. I suspect the issue may be due to incorrect adaptation of the sample code to fit my specific requirement.I just need to fix one of following or something else to achieve the requirementApproach One: Adding a JS script.Following is JS script and related grid. I just add the following script in to the aspx file.<asp:Content ID="cont3" ContentPlaceHolderID="phG" runat="Server"> <script type="text/javascript"> function HighlightLines() { if (px_all && px_all["grid"] && px_all["grid"].rows) { let lines = px_all["grid"].rows.items; for (let i = 0; i < lines.length; i++) { let currentLine = lines[i]; if (!currentLine) continue; try { var isVendorVerified = currentLine.getCell("UsrIs

I want to know if this is possible. I am trying to color this field, when the number is greater than 0.I think it's in the customization project area, but I cannot find it.

I want to change color code of a grid. I try changing the color of this grid in customization project, but i could not. Can I get help in doing that.I believe this does not involve code.
