2025 R1- Site Map Screen – Continuous Loading

Hi,

I have completed the initial steps for migrating from the Classic UI to the Modern UI and am currently working on Modern UI enhancements. However, I am encountering an issue where the Site Map screen continues to load indefinitely, making it inaccessible and preventing any updates or navigation. The same issue appears to affect Customization Projects as well.

I would appreciate any guidance or suggestions you could provide to help resolve this.

Hi All,

While I’m not sure what causes this issue, rebuilding the Sitemap and customization project screens fixed the issue for ​@premalathan35

Will the Modern UI files in the Screens folder be lost if I unpublish the customization project?

I have only one site running on 2025 R1. Previously, it was loading without issues. However, after implementing Modern UI enhancements and attempting to add new elements, the screen now keeps loading indefinitely.

It could be becaue of errors, have you checked the trace?

t appears there might be an issue related to the customized Site Map. If there are empty or incomplete Site Map entries created in the system, it could potentially lead to the problem we are experiencing.

We recommend reporting this to Acumatica Support for further investigation and assistance.
