Hello,I have an issue to export TaxDetails table to Acumatica together with bill data.I prepared columns : TaxID, TaxRate, TaxableAmount, TaxAmount. for requestRequest is received status OK, new bill Item is appeared at acumatica, but tax details is emptyIs there any special conditions, with the help of which I can send TaxDetails table data to Acumatica?

We were under the impression that an MRP Display of “Safety Stock” indicates the item is only needed to keep the item quantity above the safety stock level. However, we are seeing items which are negative to allocation (ie. demand for the item on existing production orders exceeds the quantity on hand and on order) but MRP shows the item as needed for safety stock. Shouldn’t this be either MRP Requirement or Production Material? See below for sample item:The “Safety Stock” designation is confusing and has resulted in stock outs as the items weren’t ordered in time to meet the real demand for the item. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi All, I have uploaded Assets and they have been depreciated using Tax Type “Book”.  however now the client would like to calculate “Tax” (i.e. no posting) as well.  I don’t seem to be able to add another Book in the Balance section against the Asset.   How do I add this please? Regards,Laura

Hello Everyone,  Is there a way that I can mask or hide the details of an invoice [e.g. item sold] so that when payment is applied to an invoice, the AR Clerk can only see the invoice number and amount of invoice? Thanks in advance!  Kind regards,Mrivera67

Is there a way to search cumulative release notes for a given version of Acumatica (ie: all build release notes for 2020 R2 as an example)?  Prior to creating a support ticket, it would be nice to be able to search release notes for potential fixes in subsequent builds.  Currently it seems that I need to find each build for a version and then download, open and search through the PDF release notes. Is the known issues list the one stop shopping source for any issues fixed in a build?

Good day,  We have an issue is few our tenants but not all.  When you select the Stock Item under profiles in Inventory module the GI is gone and you go right to add stock item screen.  You can still select an item.  ACM support told our VAR it is bug in 2020R1; and told us to upgrade since they not longer support our version.  Has anyone experience this issue or work around.  (Not happy with ACM Support’s response).  If it is bug then they should have a fix?Your advice and assistance is solving this issue.Thank youEvan

I would like the equivalent of  select * from APIRequestswhere (processed == false or processed is null)and (siteid = current.siteid or current.siteid is null) below is as close as I could get with BQL, but still missing one or statement: var cmd = new PXSelect<APIRequests, Where< APIRequests.siteID, Equal<Current<APIRequestsFilter.siteID>>, And <Where<APIRequests.processed, Equal<False>, Or<APIRequests.processed, IsNull>>> >, OrderBy<Asc<APIRequests.date>>>(this);

When I create a Approval Map for Purchase Orders, click on ADD STEP, the Reason Settings disappear from the Rule Action Tab. How can I have a Reason for Approval & Reason for Rejection on the Purchase Approval Map?

I think I have a practical understanding of the role of the cache, but what are the differences between these two methods, and if there are major differences, when would one be better over another?

Hello,We have to load project id into customer details inquiry screen using custom field. We have added a new custom field on customer details screen and not able to assign the project id value of the invoice. It is always returning an empty value even it is assigned in the code.→ Extended the graph and overided the Document() view delegate.→ In the debug, the value is assinging but it is not showing in the screen and I tried to add hardcoded value but still it is not working → I have used another method from view delegate to assign the value but still same issue. I have attached the cusotmization package with the above code. Can anyone let me know the issue in this code or how can we load project id to customer details grid section. Thanks in advance.

I am building a GI and want to create a formula to add two fields as one.  I am trying to crete output of the vendor ID with the PO Number.  I would also like to add a space between the two records. I am using the POOrder Object.  I have placed the following in the Data Field =Concat([POOrder.VendorID],[POOrder.OrderNbr])This returns the following error where 21-200379 is the PO.OrderNbr Not sure where to go from here.  Any assistance would be appreciated.

I need to do a report where amounts are posted in different sections and columns based on wether they are Debit or credit For instance in a Balance Sheet :Bank accounts are posted under the Assets or Liabilities sectionand amount in a Credit or Debit columnThis is something that can be done in the report designer, but is there any way with the ARM?Many thanks Christine

I need a report that will show total hours worked, by construction project, by employee, for a specific date range.  There are only two canned hours reports in the construction edition -- neither of them accomplish what I am looking for.I’ve built a generic inquiry from the Earning Details screen and made a pivot table - which is okay -- but I’d rather have a standard report I can run each month.Any suggestions?

Hello, for non stock kit transaction history, i guess will be from sales history report?below is an example of the nonstock kit profile, but there is no way to run any report  trans history or anything?thanks Zoey

Hello,       I have a need to release lots of on hold SOs on schedule in batch. The simplest way I can think of is to use the “process orders” screen with set schedule.       However, on this screen, we don’t have “Release from hold” action. Is there a way to add it into the list?

Hello,    I’d like to show purchasing history (Unit cost and qty) on selection of each  item on POline.I firstly thought it would be achevied by side panel. But item id on po line can not be passed on to side panel easily.   In the above artile, this might be a way, but it is too complex that I would like to try it last.Is there any other can help me acheive my goal. I mean, side panel is an option. Also, something like pop up window can be accepted, just how to do it.  Or navigation to another screen with the line selection parameter can also help. Please advise.

We use serial numbers for many of our products.  Our inventory in Acumatica is accurate as of date we went live.  The problem is we sometimes need to process a return for sales completed in our old systems and Acumatica does not know about the serial numbers for those sales so we are unable to process the return in Acumatica as its asking for the serial number but when we enter them, the system does not accept it.  So we are stuck and don't know how to process and create credit memos and generate serials for such returns. Anyone knows best practice for handling this?

Has there been any info or announcements yet on Acumatica support for SQL Server 2022?

I’ve added UDF’s before and created actions that used Navigate Parameters to write to that UDF, but in this case I am looking to update a UDF but I can’t find it when I search.  There may be a few reasons why, which I need help confirming. You can’t update a UDF via Actions You can’t update a UDF via Actions if it is located in a grid.  In this case its a service order details UDF. I am missing some kind of Layout Properties setting which will make it accessable via Actions/Update Field.

Hi, All.As a new Acumatica customer, I just attended my first Summit.  It was a great experience, and thanks to all who recommended it.Question:  Are the presentation decks from the Summit sessions available after the Summit?  If so, I could use some guidance to find them. Thanks!Greg

Trying to create a no-code customization in 21 R1. I would like to add an action button that uses the create new record functionality from a case to a sales order. I got it to pop up the sales order creation screen, but I would also like it to grab the customer # and case ID to populate into the customer field and a custom case ID field we have on the sales order screen. Is this possible with the no-code customization of adding an action button? The parameters section allows me to pass in the specific order type I’m looking for, but I haven’t gotten it to pass the other fields into the sales order screen. Thanks!

I have three or four production orders that are causing demand on MRP despite the fact that they are closed. Anyone have a list of things I could check to make sure everything has been correctly processed to trace back why this is happening? TIA

I am overriding the PXSelect in the EPTaskEnq graph.  After beating my head on the wall for an hour thinking my overridden select statement was causing an error, I simply copy/pasted the ORIGINAL select statement into my code. this is the definition of the Tasks view on EP404000.        [PXFilterable]        [PXViewDetailsButton(typeof(CRActivity), OnClosingPopup = PXSpecialButtonType.Refresh)]        public PXSelectReadonly2<CRActivity,             LeftJoin<EPView,                On<EPView.noteID, Equal<CRActivity.noteID>,                And<EPView.contactID, Equal<Current<AccessInfo.contactID>>>>,            LeftJoin<CRReminder,                On<CRReminder.refNoteID, Equal<CRActivity.noteID>>>>,                Where<CRActivity.classID, Equal<CRActivityClass.task>, And<                    Where<CRActivity.workgroupID, IsWorkgroupOrSubgroupOfContact<CurrentValue<AccessInfo.contactID>>,

I’ll preface this by saying I’m just learning to add customizations and have only added very simple ones previously.  This seemed simple too but I’ve run into a problem I’m not sure how to solve.I am trying to add two default values in the Bank Deposit Screen (CA305000)I added an event handler for FieldDefaulting on the two fields I want, CashAccountID and in the Add payment dialog the Start Date.I got the following as a base to add the code but when I try to validate it says:\App_RuntimeCode\CADepositEntry.cs(27): error CS0246: The type or namespace name 'PaymentFilter' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)\App_RuntimeCode\CADepositEntry.cs(27): error CS0246: The type or namespace name 'PaymentFilter' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)If I remove the section for the StartDate it publishes OK but when I click to add a new Bank Deposit it says: Error: An error occurred during processing of the field

HI All, @Olesia Alpeeva, I am having trouble getting the following PO workflow to work .  please see screenshots in attached.   The PO Approval process should be as follow’s:-Step 1All PO’s go person A & B.  Both must approve. IF the PO is under $15,000 the PO is approved.   This step works fine.If the PO is over $15,000 move to the next Step.   Step 2                                          If the PO is over $15,000 and the country in ShipTo field is ‘AU’ or ‘NZ’ the PO needs to go to Rachael to be approved. If under $150,000 the PO may be approved. If the PO is over $15,000 and the country in ShipTo field is not ‘AU’ or ‘NZ’ the PO needs to go to Robert to be approved. If under $150,000 the PO may be approved.I can not get Step 2 to work properly. it does get allocated to Rachel and Robert and Approved but does not move on to the next approvers.  Status is “Pending Approval” but no next allocation is applied in the Approval tab.Step 3If the PO is over $150,000 and the approver i
