Masking details of a invoice

Hello Everyone,

 

 

Is there a way that I can mask or hide the details of an invoice [e.g. item sold] so that when payment is applied to an invoice, the AR Clerk can only see the invoice number and amount of invoice? Thanks in advance!

@mrivera67  Ensure the Receivables level on the Rights by Role is edited before you go further down the hierarchy.

    Hi @mrivera67  You can do that by Access Rights by Role and adjust the AR Clerk Role.

     

    I created a test user and Revoked their rights to Details tab and they can not see the details.

    thanks kbeatty21, but whenever I do that and try to save it...it goes back to “inherited”...am I missing a step?
