Hi, We are going to have clients log into to Acumatica. But they will need to view only their customer account in Receivables and their relevant stock and non- stock items related to the item class. Here are the screenshots for my Restriction Group Setup for Inventory Item by Item Class. Note there is only ONE company not multiple companies. Here is the user that will only have access to the TXC item class.   Here is the setup to restrict access to the item class. Note nothing was done in Inventory Items since they are grouped under the Item Classes.   When I log in as that user all of the inventory amounts still show. What am I doing wrong any help would be appreciated:

Hi all, Can you help me about the Tally of records in Inventory Summary to Purchase Receipts because when I create a Purchase Order then Purchase Receipts the quantity is correct but when I go to Inventory Summary the total of Purchase Receipts is double (Please see the screenshot below) This is the total of Purchase Receipts (On-hand, Available, and Shipping are 100) But in the Inventory Summary is double the digit of quantity that I received in Purchase Receipts  and in the Inventory Balance are the same reports   Please help me to fix this bugs.

Any possibility of Commerce edition supporting Mfg Product Configurator with commerce sites?

Hi,  I’ve found some instances where a user deleted an item of a SO while not canceling the drop-ship PO. This could be very common when dealing with high volume ecommerce shipments. Is there a way to prevent this from happening? Workflow should be Cancel PO > Remove Item from SO

Is there a way to have the Tax Category on a Revenue Task be defaulted without needed to manually select one? If someone forgets to add a tax category, that task when billed will not charge taxes to the customer and this could create tax reporting problems if not caught.

Hello. I was wondering if there is a place for me to learn how the dates between the sales order/ purchase order/ production order work. Also, what is the basic process for a situation of if one of the dates on the purchase order moves, can every corresponding production or sales order date move with it? Ie. I have a purchase order open for an inventory item. It currently meets the requirements date wise to complete a production order for a sales order item on time. If the vendor can not send the item on time and the purchase order is updated to reflect this, is there an automatic way for the production order and the sales order to move accordingly? Thanks!

Hi, I am trying to run GENERATE MONTHLY LEASE CHARGES  and I am getting the following message: "Error: Key Field Cannot Start with a leading space"0 processed and 254 errors.I am not sure what to do!!

Hi all, When trying to get a token we receive “unauthorized_client” error. I double checked client id and secret are correct, and the “code” generated with the same client id without any issue on prior step. Reading the error code I suspect there may be a place where we give authorization the client application to get tokens? Not sure… Any help is appreciated

I have been trying to find the Acumatica online price estimator and can’t yet find it. help me access it please.

Here is an example item. I have created a number of purchase orders for this item, and then I received them. You can see there are 3 purchase receipts, all of 1730 LBS of this item. Then we have 1 sales order for 346 LBS of this item. The “Available” quantity of this item is -346, and the Available for Shipping is zero. Can someone please help me understand why that is? On receipt, I assign a Lot/Serial number to these items. Does this somehow segregate this from the main inventory calculation figures? If I have received 1730 * 3, and I have one order for 346, then why is my Available still negative and my Available For Shipping zero?P.S. There was a warehouse attached to these records, but I have redacted it. Just pretend its name is DEFAULTWHSE for the purposes of this discussion.  Thanks,Jonathan

Hi all,Some users are not allowed to edit attached files on several forms. I have attached a screen shot of relevant issue. What is the reason for that ? Best regards,

I have a complex report (lots of tables/joins) based on a sales order. Here is the schema tables/relations defined in the report:  I need to redirect to this at the end of a process.  My process loop is working, just need to add this redirection. So far, I have a PXReportResultset defined and I have a SelectFrom that matches the schema of the report (had to create derived DAC classes to join to same tables more than once): PXReportResultset salesOrders = new PXReportResultset(typeof(SOOrder), typeof(Branch), typeof(BAccount), typeof(CustomerAcc), typeof(BillingAddress), typeof(CompanyAddress), typeof(SOLine), typeof(ShippingAddress), typeof(SOOrderType), typeof(Note), typeof(LineNote), typeof(Terms), typeof(CompanyContact), typeof(Carrier), typeof(FOBPoint),

Hi,Have some questions on the “LINK PROD ORDER” button on the sales order, or the “LINK SALES ORDER” button on the production order. Is it possible to fill out a resulting pop up like this via the API? If not, how can I fill out the fields under “REFERENCES>SO REFERENCES” (SO Order Type, So Order Nbr, SO Line Nbr) on the Production Order when they are greyed out? Is there a way to un-grey these? If not, how can i fill out the fields under the line item on the Sales Order (Prod. Order Type and Production Nbr) when they are greyed out? Any help is much appreciated!!!Popup from LINK SALES ORDER button on Production Order
