Hello,Trying to update the Lead Source Dropdown with a few additional options.I would think the two following classes would work, but I do not get any UI changes. I think I am missing something simple. public class CRLead_Existing : PXCacheExtension<PX.Objects.CR.CRLead> { public static bool IsActive() => (true); #region Source [PXRemoveBaseAttribute(typeof(CRMSourcesAttribute))] [PXMergeAttributes(Method = MergeMethod.Append)] [PXDBString(1, IsFixed = true)] [GPLeadSource] public string Source { get; set; } #endregion }  public class GPLeadSourceAttribute : CRMSourcesAttribute { public const string Email = "E"; public const string Text = "T"; public GPLeadSourceAttribute() { Array.Resize(ref _AllowedValues, _AllowedValues.Length +2); _AllowedValues[_AllowedValues.Length - 2] = Email; _AllowedValues[_AllowedValues.Length - 1] = Text;

We are getting this error doing any search on all tenants on the server and if you hit Transactions and Profiles tab or Help Topics tab we get an error. works on Menu items and Files. No matter what we Search

Using versions 2021 R2I am creating an AP Register for a custom process. I altered the AP Register to remove unneeded fields. Then added the AP Tran Table so that I can add the account and Subaccount.  It is however reporting two lines and the second line contains incorrect account and subaccount.  I know it likely has something to do with the join but I cannot figure out what elements I need to use to get this correct. I could not add the .rpx file, so here are some screenshots.

Hi,Is there any possibility to link an already created AR invoice to a sales order, without creating AR invoice through sales order. Thanks,Dulanjana

We have a P&L report in Acumatica where we have a column that calculates the percent of budget used. This column works for all lines except totals that add/subtract more than one line. The only reason I could suspect this is happening is because the system runs the line calculation after the column? I’m not entirely sure. I have tried creating an additional line that points at the total line but unfortunately it still does not calculate. Any thoughts?

I have a processing page to “mass delete” empty customer records.  On the processing dialog, it shows the Remaining count as the total count of the records being processed until ALL items have been completed.  Then, the Processed count shows all 3 items processed successfully after they are ALL complete.I’m being a bit picky here, but I want the Processed count incremented and the Remaining count decremented after each record is processed. When you click the PROCESS ALL button, this is where it starts out After processing is complete for all 3 records, it shows this: This is an example of my code: public static void DoIt(List<ICSMCCustomersToProcess> custList, bool? deleteCustomer) { foreach (ICSMCCustomersToProcess cust in custList) { try { bool? customerNotDeleted; string errorMessage; var graph = PXGraph.CreateInstance<DeleteCustomers>(); graph.Clear(); graph.DeleteCustomer(cust, out customerNotDeleted, out errorMessage, deleteCustomer, tru

To capture the business card details through the Mobile Apps, do we need to have the feature added to the license?

Our client has a specific requirement to set the Shipping Address to the Branch Address for Purchase Orders that are of the Type = Project Drop Ship.  Currently, users are manually overriding the Ship To Address for these types of Orders and they have asked us to code it such that if the type of the Purchase Order is Project Drop Ship, then to set the Ship To Address equal to the Branch Address from the OTHER tab of the PO.  The following code does what we need it do; however, upon clicking save an error is generated.  The error is:Error: Inserting ‘PO Shipping Address’ record raised at least one error.  Please review the errors.  Error: ‘RevisionID’ cannot be empty. The following code does what it needs to do, but for the error when saving:protected void POOrder_ProjectID_FieldUpdated(PXCache cache, PXFieldUpdatedEventArgs e, PXFieldUpdated InvokeBaseHandler){  if(InvokeBaseHandler != null)    InvokeBaseHandler(cache, e);  var row = (POOrder)e.Row;  var po_branchID = row.BranchID;  var

Hi,  I was wondering if it’s possible to access the DAC “ARRegiserAlias”. I can preview the Source Data but cannot access the table when creating a GI.  Thank you,KT

One of our clients wishes to mass create different versions of the same report in Acumatica, and then have those versions saved in pdf format on their local machine. For example, under Bank Rec, they would like the Reconciliation Statement report to be able to generate the last reconciliation statement for each bank account and then have that file saved to a pdf to their workstation. I did some review and I’m not sure if this is possible without some type of customization. The automation schedules seem to be more focused towards posting transactions than creating reports. Any ideas or 3rd parties that anyone knows that could do this?

Hello, recently we upgraded from 2020 R2 Build 20.208.0031 to 2022 R1 Build 22.109.0023, so in this process we had some custom tables with fields without USR prefix, so we created new fields with USR prefix and published the package, we are able to successfully overcome that issue, we actually followed this link https://www.sprinterra.com/blog/users-fields-in-acumatica-erp-blog-sprinterra/. Now when we are  trying to create snapshot we are getting “An error occurred while importing data into the 'AuditHistory' table.” error. Please have a look at below trace. Error:    An error occurred while importing data into the 'AuditHistory' table.     SendRaised At: 10/1/2022 2:02:14 AM    Screen: SM.20.35.20         Details:10/1/2022 2:02:14 AM Error:An error occurred while importing data into the 'AuditHistory' table.System.IO.IOException: Stream was too long.   at System.IO.MemoryStream.Write(Byte[] buffer, Int32 offset, Int32 count)   at System.IO.BufferedStream.Flush()   at PX.DbServices.Poi

Is there a way to view profit margin on a per sales order invoice?  It seems Acumatica generate 2 distinct transactions upon release.  1) record the AR/sales side of the transaction 2) the Inventory/COGS side of the transaction.  Any way to put these two together on 1 report? Thanks,

I want to show headers of a sub report which placed inside detailSection1 of the main report. Any idea about this? Thanks

We are looking to manually enter (ideally import/upload) allocation amounts for a Landed Cost entry. Does anyone know if this is possible? We have been unable to identify a method to enable the field through a Customization Project, or utilize an import scenario to bring in the externally calculated allocation amounts.

I’m working on converting our costing method and testing the results in a test system, but I’m running into interesting results. So I’m looking for some recommendations on what we should do or what could be causing these issues?I have issued out 100% of our inventory so that our inventory balance and valuation are 0 on both reports. But our trial balance is showing values in multiple inventory accounts.I have closed/cancelled out all production orders that were in a  “In Process” status. I would expect this to bring all WIP accounts to $0, but again multiple accounts are showing values in there. Since I believe all of these accounts should be at $0 now should I clean these up and bring them down to $0 or am I missing something? I can’t tell exactly when these accounts stopped matching and I’m wondering if they were never tied out correctly from our go live.  Thanks for any help.

I want to enable Make to Order Item checkbox in Stock Items screen. How do I do that? Is there any configurations to do that?

HI, on a form, I know that fields can be set to have different colors based on a VisibleExpr. I am wondering if each Branch can have its own colors. Ideally, a StylesTemplate by Branch that sets the colors. Or is there a way to use the color that is setup on the Branches Visual Appearance screen? We have a client with 10 companies & 7 branches. It will take a while to change all forms field by field.

Hi,What is the simplest way to programatically create and allocate Lot numbers to an Inventory receipt?I have a customisation that creates an inventory receipt, but it won’t release:Reason for this I believe is that when you go into Line Details you see:If I add the lot number here and click OK, the receipt will release.  What I have ascertained so far is that this process touches a lot more tables than you might think, so there is a bit going on. After adding the serial number and clicking OK in the “Line Details” dialog box runningexec SearchAllTables @searchStr='77789'on the SQL database indicates that there are six tables involved:INItemLotSerialINItemPlanINLotSerialStatusINSiteLotSerialINTranINTranSplit I’m pretty sure that adding data into this tables directly via the customization isn’t the right way to go. I have tried to use the inspect cusomisation feature to understand what gets called when the OK button is pressed, but because “Line Details” is a modal dialog box this doesn

Hello,MRP is not using the promised date on the PO’s line item.It is using the date in the top summary area. Here is the PO.  The line item promised dates are much farther out than 10/31/22.Here is what MRP shows in the detail inquiry.  It is using the 10/31 date from the image above. We have confirmed changing the header date changes the date on the detail inquiry.

Hi. Can anyone assist me on how to add customized tab and grid to an existing screen that will hold a data base on a current reference number and document type. Thank you.

We are trying to add a collection of side panels to the Projects Screen.I am able to connect four of the 6 that have been requested, but the other two are causing an issue. The screen are not available for selection when setting up the side panel. I noticed the Drawing log and Photo Logs screen numbering indicated they are ‘Inquiry” type forms. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I am trying to determine what the default application is for the file type .ai (adobe illustrator).  Has anyone added the file type to the upload preference?

I have added a selector type attribute UDF to the Customers form. The selector is pulling results from the Salesperson table, but it is showing inactive salespersons in the results. Is there a way to hide the inactive salespersons from selection?

I get JSON data from ECommerce market. Then the product’s fields, such as price, quantity, customer, vendor and etc. must me mapped to Acumatica’s native fields. How does this process work in Acumatica’s original BigCommerce connector?

I’m working on some random stuff and curious how difficult it would be to do the following couple of things as an example from a custom DAC/Graph.  I know I could just create inventory batches and post them or AR Invoice Batch, but is there a way to do it without all that overhead? Post an Inventory Transaction, but be able to control/set the COGS side of the transaction Post a Non Inventory Transaction and control both sides of the GL Entries Create an AR Invoice and post it, possibly overriding some of the accounting but having it calculate taxes and run normal invoice emailing and all that logic. What would be the best way to go about doing those three things from a custom set of tables?
