File Upload Preference for Adobe Illustrator file type .ai.

I am trying to determine what the default application is for the file type .ai (adobe illustrator).  Has anyone added the file type to the upload preference?

Hi @vwilson92! I think this has to do more with how the file is associated on the computer opening the file.

If the file is associated with Illustrator then clicking the file in Acumatica will open it with whichever is your computers default app to open it.

Setting the file type in file upload preferences just makes it possible that others can open this.

Can you clarify more how the issue is presenting?

To clarify more it is Adobe Illustrator Artwork file. Graphic file format.
