I want to show headers of a sub report which placed inside detailSection1 of the main report. Any idea about this?

Thanks

Page headers from a sub report do not show on the main report.

If you create a group, the group headers do show on the main report.

Hi @charithalakshan49! For this I think you would need to create them in the main report above where the sub is printing, or put the headers as fields above the values in the subreport so they come in with the data.

@BenjaminCrisman @ltussing03  Thank you for the responses. Adding group headers fixed my issue.

I want to add to this. If my subreport is long (more that 1 page), I found that the Group Headers (for the subreport) is not getting printed on page 2 onwards. Does anyone know how to have the headers in all the pages?

Benjamin’s suggestion of putting the headers on the main report may help.

Awkward way of doing it, but it may work for you.
