Client created and posted a bank reconciliation for 01-31-2023.They then voided that bank reconciliation and now want to re-do it.But the attempt errors out with a message that the Reconciliation Date must be greater than the previously released Reconciliation.  I don’t know how to go about re-creating the 01/31/2023 reconciliation unless anyone on this board has a suggestion for me.

Hi, I am trying to add the currency symbol $ in front of the dollar numbers on forms. Is there an easier way of doing this rather than going to every dollar field & adding the format of $###,###.00 ?

hi,any recommendations of a workaround (without customization) that would allow projects to use customer specific rates for specific items?  i know i can create rate tables for items (which i have set up to use the price from the item) but am trying to figure out a streamlined way for negotiated rates by customer and item.i have tried to have the billing rule talk to the revenue budget unit price however, currently, that is not a field i can select (I can only reference the unit rate on the cost budget):

i have a client who wants to track costs by square footage for labor and material.  would the best method be to create a conversion for square footage to hours.  the client also has the payroll module so i’m wondering how the actual payroll hours/amounts would translate to the project.TIA

How do I unlink this PO so that I can link a new PO to this sales order?

I have a client who sells seeds and they need to have the Lot Number be segmented to show the Lot Number and the Seed Count. It would be something like N1234-1225, however those numbers are not dates or years and are never incremental. I know I can segment it, but all the options are non customizable. Does anyone have an idea on how I could make those user enterable without the system choosing the next number? I would prefer to not customize the screen though.

Is there a way to manually close/complete a purchase order without having to enter a AP Bill?

I’m curious if this is possible: Can the Pivot Table Format property use color coding?Using: Acumatica 2022 R2We have a generic inquiry whose field values are color-coded based on a string value, using the SWITCH formula. This piece is working fine.Example:=SWITCH([SOLine.InventoryID] = 'DELRETNSCCURM','yellow20', [SOLine.InventoryID] = 'DELINISCCU','orange',[SOLine.InventoryID] = 'DELREDLRRRM','green', [SOLine.InventoryID] = 'DELFNLSCRR','blue', [SOLine.InventoryID] = 'DELINISCCURM','orange20', 'default')This gives the customer some desired color-coding when they view the Inquiry on a screen. But when I create a pivot table from the inquiry, the color coding defined in the Style property of the GI disappears. It would be ideal if either:the pivot table would honor the Style property that I assigned against the field in the inquiry; orthe pivot table could respond to the Format property defined against the field in the pivot. It looks like the Pivot Table format property (according to th

Hi Community, I have used the segmented keys part of Acumatica to increase standard field lengths, but have not found a way to increase the standard length of a combo field for an attribute. It is set at 10 by default. Is there a way to increase this default to accept longer strings than 10? I am using 2022R1.  Thanks! Patrick

I am finding that Avalara sales tax is being charged on carrier freight for states where the freight should be exempt.  Is this a Avalara issue or a Acumatica issue ?https://www.avalara.com/blog/en/north-america/2022/02/how-to-handle-sales-tax-on-shipping-a-state-by-state-guide.html

How are your clients handling the scenario where one contact needs access to multiple business accounts/companies? I know one way is via the parent child relationships but not all of my clients situations can be resolved in this manner. Is there anyway to handle multiple business accounts without creating a user for each separate account?

Hello everyone,I am facing an issue in Opening the Shipment Screens in a cloud based Sandbox. So I needed a custom field in Shipments in Package, in a customization project,DACExtension And when opening an existing Sales Order or Creating a new Sales Order on screen SO301000,I get prompted this on the Sandbox: Invalid Column name for the above extended field. Now I don’t get this error on my Local Instance, and It is the same customization. So my question is should I try another way of publishing my customization ? (As I read some responses based on similar question but on a testing or dev environment, but I am not sure if I can apply those changes)OrHow can I make sure that this field exists in the database as I am currently trying it on a cloud based Sandbox?OrAm I missing something even after publishing my customization to the Sandbox
