Dear Team, Please help us with the following situation. We will warranty equipment products for customers with our products sold. The product is only warranted if the customer's product Serial number matches the Serial number of the Acumatica system that stores Serial data when sold.We save the Serial number when products are Receipted/Issued through the field "Lot/Serial Nbr." on the Acumatica system. When customers bring the device in for warranty service. We need to first check the Serial number on the "Case" screen. We've created new fields on the "Case" screen as below to do this.  The results we expect are depicted as shown below: 1/. On the Case screen. When entering the Serial number in the UsrSerialNbr(Serial Check) field => press Enter. If Serial number is found in PX.Objects.SO.SOShipLine => The fields (InventoryID, Inventory Description, ShipDate, OrderNbr) will display the corresponding data taken from DAC SOShipLine.2/. Conversely, If the Serial number is not found in

Is it possible to create one SO invoice with multiple delivery notes in Acumatica when goods are delivered to separate customers but one customer pay for the products

I see ShipmentType in the SOOrderShipment DAC.  It shows char(1) and the visual shows “Shipment, Drop-Ship,etc.”  How do I determine what the single character is that represents “Shipment”?

Hi everyone, We have just launched a new sit for a client. Client has access to 1 licensed and active tenant. We had initially loaded demo sales data into the new site to allow for end users to play around, practice and test the system before we begin actual configuration and data load for the client.  We are now ready to load client's actual data from their old ERP. How can I remove the demo data from this tenant?Am I able to delete tenant 2? will I be able to create another active production tenant? What would be best practice for this situation?Thank you in advance.

Dear Team, When creating a new CASE or opening a CASE, the default TAB is "DETAILS".  How to change default TAB to "ATTRIBUTES" ?  Best Regards,NNT

Hi Experts,I'm currently facing an "Execution Timeout Period Expired" issue with a Generic Inquiry (GI). When I remove the grouping in the GI, it loads successfully. However, when I apply grouping, it takes an excessively long time to load and eventually results in the "Execution Timeout Period Expired" error.Interestingly, I tested this on my local instance, and the GI loads without any issues. But when I try it with the client's data, the timeout problem occurs. I suspect that I might have missed something in the joins, but I'm having trouble pinpointing the exact issue.I would greatly appreciate any assistance or guidance to resolve this issue.Best regards, Sagar

Hi,I tried to hide this button in a particular role, may I ask which field it needs to be revoked for this field?Thank you!

Is there a screen where I can see the status change history for invoices and payments? For example if I want to see on which day a payment was moved from Open to Closed status where can I see that? Would eventually like to access this through one of the API endpoints as well.

Is there a way to add a 'grand total' label above the column on a Stacked Column chart (like below)?I found how to create the legend, and there is one showing, but it’s not showing a ‘grand total’ for the Series.

Good afternoon Acumatica community! We are hoping to get a question answered about the sync between Shopify and Acumatica for the Payment entity. We have one Shopify store connected. Every Entity other than Payment is syncing as expected. We are using ShopifyPay to process CC payments for orders through our website. At the tier we’re on, ShopifyPay charges 2.6% + $0.30 per order. This information doesn't seem to be imported into Acumatica for us at this point. The payment comes through like this:Image pulled from the Sync History (Commerce module)Image pulled directly from the payment entry generated by the sync We are sure the system is capable of importing the fee information based on the following screen shot from Shopify’s backend. Our VAR advised us to add Shopify’s fee manually later in the process, but this is cumbersome and ultimately not scalable. We are looking for advice about where to add these fees (potentially in the payment methods of Acumatica?) If someone has done this b

I’m trying to create a dashboard with parameters for project and/or subaccount. The project parameter shows a magnifying glass with available projects, but the subaccount does not. The parameters are setup the exact same way and I’ve tried multiple data sources for the subaccount (GL.Sub and PMProject, both ID and CD, and with and without “From Schema”) and none of them give me the magnifying glass. I added Project Template as a test and it behaved the same as the project parameter. What am I missing?

[PXOverride]        protected virtual IEnumerable ConfirmShipmentAction(PXAdapter adapter)        {            this.Base.confirmShipmentAction.Press(adapter);            return adapter.Get();        } I have written this code in my Graph extension to override the Base action but I get this error as soon as i click action button on the screen. And after that the shipment is confirmed.  Attempt by method 'Wrapper.PX.Objects.SO.Cst_SOShipmentEntry.ConfirmShipmentActionGeneratedWrapper(PX.Objects.SO.SOShipmentEntry, PX.Data.PXAdapter)' to access method 'MyCust.Acumatica.SOShipmentEntryExt.ConfirmShipmentAction(PX.Data.PXAdapter)' failed.

How do I setup Project Cost Reports to generate automatically on a monthly basis and distribute via email?

Can we change the color of appointments based on Staff on the calendar board? I know you can change based on the appointment status but nothing out of the box says by staff. I couldn’t find anything on it in the Help.

We have been trying unsuccessfully for several days to get Easypost setup in our acumatica instance.  Anyone know a VAR or someone who can assist us?  Our Shipstation has been down for over a week and we need to ship.

I was asked to restrict results of the Add Item button of the SOOrderEntry screen to only non-stock items and stock items associated to the current branch, filtering out items of other branches that are not extended to the current branch. My PXProjection inherits from SOSiteStatusSelected and uses PXSubstitute to utilize my select instead of the one in the base projection.  This seems to work well, except when I apply a filter to the Warehouse (Site ID) column in the dialog’s grid.  Other columns seem to work fine, but not Warehouse.  I get the following error: This is because filtering the result grid injects the following into the underlying SQL statement which obviously won’t work because the projection’s class isn’t in the database. AND ((SELECT TOP (1) [INSiteExt].[siteCD] FROM [INSite] AS [INSiteExt] WHERE ([INSiteExt].[CompanyID] = 4) AND ([INSiteExt].[BranchID] IS NULL OR ([INSiteExt].[BranchID] IN (75, 79, 78, 80, 81, 82))) AND [INSiteExt].[SiteID] = [SOSiteStatus

Hello -Is there an easy way to bring in/import all active directory users? Or do these need to be added one by one from the Users screen? If import is feasible, can we “override AD roles with local roles” at the same time? Also, I am a bit confused on the AD Group/User Roles set up. Is this essentially redoing all access roles for every user? Is there no way to get the new AD users to default based on their current set up? Not sure what the quickest route is but as of now it’s sounding like I will need to manually tie the same Acumatica username roles to everyone’s AD user account.

In Approval Flows a client wants to have the PM of a project be the approver for Expense Receipts tied to that project.  Seems very logical but I’m told that it is not possible.  Has anyone been able to do this and if so how?

We have an approver map set up, but we’re finding several one-off exceptions to the rules we have built. Is there really no way in Acumatica to just direct a bill to a specific user for approval? Perhaps a customization, has anyone done this before?

Hello,I want to enable the button “Enter AP Bill” which associate with action CreateAPInvoice on Purchase Orders screenby implementing Event handler Row_Selected as following:protected void POOrder_RowSelected(PXCache cache, PXRowSelectedEventArgs e, PXRowSelected InvokeBaseHandler) { if (InvokeBaseHandler != null) InvokeBaseHandler(cache, e); var row = (POOrder)e.Row; if (row != null) { if (row.Status == POOrderStatus.Hold) { Base.createAPInvoice.SetEnabled(true); } } }but it doesn’t working.Do you have any suggestion?

Hello,I have been adding fields to the INUnits table to better fit our needs, and so far it seems to be exactly what we need. I followed the example from this link: https://www.acumatica.com/blog/creating-acumatica-dac-extension-tables/. However I have ran into issue relating to copy and pasting. When I try and copy this SKU to make a new one this happens    It makes sense that the key cannot be NULL, but why is it trying to insert the extension table row before the main row exists?Regardless, its not the end of the world to me if I am unable to bring over all of the UOMs, so I added this code to the graph extension based on this example: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/56261490/hiding-custom-fields-in-copy-past-optionPXViewName(Messages.InventoryUnitConversions)]PXImport(typeof(INUnit))]PXCopyPasteHiddenView]public PXSelect<INUnit, Where<INUnit.inventoryID, Equal<Current<InventoryItem.inventoryID>>>> itemunits; And am met with this when I copy and paste:This

When we are in the sales categories, we do see all items and template items associate to each sales categorie, but we can’t have access to templates items when we click on the link. We only have access to stock items. When we click on a template item that appear in the sales categories, we got a blank page associate to sotkc item IN20500. It seem like there’s a problem or a bug.It would be more efficient if we could also have link instead of having to open another tab and make another search.

Hi,  I've reviewed the settings in MYOB Advanced, but I couldn't identify any configuration issues, and unfortunately, none of these —staff calendar board, staff board, staff routes on the map, and staff appointments on the map—are loading at all.Is there any insight into what might be causing this problem? Thanks Pankaj Soni
