I am attempting to override the DAC attribute of TXAvalaraCustomerUsageType with a custom derivative. It is working on DAC extensions, however, there are some existing graphs that are already overriding with CacheAttached and if I try to do my own graph extension, it is not applying my change.  For example:CustomerMaint has this:[PXDBString(1, IsFixed = true, BqlField = typeof(PX.Objects.CR.Standalone.Location.cAvalaraCustomerUsageType))][PXUIField(DisplayName = "Entity Usage Type", Required = true)][TXAvalaraCustomerUsageType.List][PXDefault("0", typeof(Search<CustomerClass.avalaraCustomerUsageType, Where<CustomerClass.customerClassID, Equal<Current<Customer.customerClassID>>>>))] protected virtual void _(Events.CacheAttached<PX.Objects.CR.Standalone.Location.cAvalaraCustomerUsageType> e) { }And I am trying to change the TXAvalaraCustomerUsageType.List (note: this is what’s in the code but the class is actually TXAvalaraCu

Can anyone confirm if the INItemCostHist data is accessible via API? And if so, can you provide any resources regarding how to access it via API?

Hi there,I shared an excel link from sharepoint and embedded it in acumatica, but I don't know is it editable?I see that we can filter but editing is not

We are in the process of implementing Acumatica. We will be using the WMS in the 4th quarter of this year, and would like to visit a comp[amy that is using the WMS already. We are located in the general Milwaukee, WI area. Thank you.

Is there an easy way (without creating from scratch) to restore a deleted default user role? Looks like a user role that we need has been accidentally removed. Can this be copied from one tenant to another?

Hello Comminuty,I have a scenario where I would like to record the LC for the transfers instead of the PO Receipts directly. The scenario is,A PO is created for Project specific Inventory with mentions of Task & Cost codes. Inventory is received in Warehouse 1 - Location 1 Inventory is then transfer to Warehouse 1-Location 2 via single step from Location 1. Inventory is further transferred from Warehouse 1 - Location 2 to Warehouse 2 - Location 1 via single step. (wanted to record via 2 step but creating problems to tracking the project inventories). And at last: Apply Landed Costs – but the methods of allocation does not allow to apply different duty rates to different items within a PO receipt. Also, as the goods have already been transferred from Warehouse 1, there is no quantity available from the PO Receipts. It is being proposed to generate the landed cost document and then amend the info to pick up the correct warehouse and location that the stock currently resides before re

We would like the ability to use a Non-Stock Item classified as a Charge to list a negative unit price amount on an appointment. We do it to give a discount on the invoice or give a simple refund. It worked before, but since Acumatica updated, we can no longer do it. Here’s an example:There is no inventory involved. This is what we would like to do: (Put a negative amount). This works until we want to run billing. Here is the error message:Last week this was working fine, but some type of update happened, and it no longer works.Any ideas?

Hi, I was wondering if it’s possible to set a specific inventory ID and obtain the data. For example, if my Inventory ID is 9BRO01, how do I replace [InventoryItem.InventoryCD] and use 9BRO01 instead to run the report? Is it possible to do so?

When we process the Transfer Order using the MRP Display screen, the line falls off immediately, but when we Regen the MRP, it comes back. Why does it come back when there is a Transfer Order in for it? The Transfer Order is from the Sales Order, which creates a Demand type, not a supply type. But shouldn’t that create a new line of demand on the MRP Display? It does not create a new line, it only brings back the same line we just selected and created the Transfer Order from. Is there a setting to get that line to stay off after transacting against it? Or is there a way to make MRP create a Transfer Order that would look like supply and link it to the Sales Order that it was processed for?

Hi Acumatica Team, Is there a way to connect a customer contract to a projects?  Set up will be done in the customer contract but the billing process will de done on the project screen. Thank you!

In our legacy system before we migrated to Acumatica, we could tack warranty expenses relating to a specific production order. I have not found anyway to do this in Acumatica. Currently, we expense any warranty cost to a GL so we can keep track of overall warranty expenses. But, it would be nice to be able to attribute a warranty expense to a production order in some manner other than noting the Production Number or SN in the description or the expense transaction. Has anyone had the same thoughts or found a solution/ISV to solve this problem?

Trying to send out payment notification emails and receiving the following error: “The email message has not been sent. See the following error message for more information: CR Error: Email send failed. Source notification object not defined to proceed operation..” Has anyone seen this before?

When I create an issue through the UI, it works. I try to do the same thing through the API, and I get the error noted in the subject. Here’s the full payload i PUT to /entity/Default/22.200.001/InventoryIssue this is only problematic when the stock item requires a lot number. I want to pass that & not able to through the API payload = { "Note": { "value": "test" }, "Details": [ { "InventoryID": { "value": "GEN-10127" }, "Note": { "value": "VO 109044, VOI 123872" }, "LotSerialNbr": { "value": "64980051405" }, "WarehouseID": { "value": "TP-NY" }, "Location": { "value": "TP-NY" }, "Qty": { "value": "1", }, "TranType": { "value": "Issue" }, "UnitPrice": { "value": 3.52 },

Is it possible to unlink a production order (RO A) from a Sales Order (SO A)? I know I can delete the Production Order but it is already in process and I would rather not disassemble. We decided to reallocate a different Production Order (RO B) of the same item to Sales Order A to get the order out quickly but we can not create a shipment because RO A is not completed yet. Any ideas?

Hello All,One of the production instances is currently displaying the “SAMPLE” watermark in the background of the report. What i did is I modified the complete report in the Sandbox and once the report had been functioning well I then saved it directly to the live environment. But now the system displays the following SAMPLE watermark. How can I get rid of this?

I don’t see any product ideas for having the Journal Transaction screen default to the default cost subaccounts when a client has projects or construction module.  It would be ideal to have the same logic as the AP Bills and Adjustments with chart of accounts that are associated to an account group in Journal Transaction screen.  Has anyone had this same question come up for project related customers?
