How to duplicate Bills and adjustment screen with same actions and workflow.

Hi, I am working on a report where I need to modify the inventory balance report and add a filter that only filters data from issues, whereas other reports import the data from receipt. This is what I did: For the schema builder, I added these two relationships to establish a link:I can’t seem to figure what I did wrong, I keep getting an error anytime I try to run the report with these config. If there a better way to filter the data and filter thru only Issues? Thanks in advance :)

Hello Community, I have created a UDF that should display both vendor & customer records. But when I add this UDF under projects screen it only displays the records of the type=Customer not for vendor.  Am I using the incorrect schema object or what. Please guide me. Or is it do I need to add a separate UDF for Customers & separate for Vendors? Thanks in advance.

We use the projects module and our rates change periodically.  I know my changes for 2024 now but still need to bill under old rates until January.  Is there a way I can enter the rates now and have them become effective on a specific date in the future?

Hello, is there a way to tie or create (new) way to tie materials to a BOM or TOP LEVEL ? we currently have a list of materials but no way of knowing what BOM they are tied to or ‘Where used’

I’m new to this forum so if this is the wrong board for this please point me in the right direction. We’re a pretty large company running Acumatica. We sell both wholesale and retail, both on our own websites as well as external marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etc. We’re currently using Celigo to facilitate an API connection between Acumatica and these platforms to import orders, but we’re looking to export inventory from Acumatica to these platforms as well. Being that we currently have over 60,000 SKUs it’s impractical for us to export our entire inventory to these platforms, so we’re looking to set up a feed that only pulls inventory from items whose inventories have changed since the last update. We’ve hit a wall with Celigo because we can’t seem to access the LastModified field on StockItems>WarehouseDetails and Celigo can’t track changes without that timestamp. Has anyone set up such an inventory field for their businesses? We’re looking to set up inventory updates fo

Hi,A client wants to hide the Release button in the Invoices screen for all users except for themselves. I found the topic linked below that mentioned I can do this via the Access Rights by Role screen, but I was a bit unsure of how to implement it to make sure only one user can see this button.  In Acumatica, I know that a user can be assigned to multiple roles. So, in order to hide a button from all other users, would I need to change the permissions for each role except for the Admin role for example? If not, what would you recommend to implement these new access rights? Kind regards,Andrew

It’s bugged me for a while now that there’s no easy way to see where a GI is currently referenced. The GIs that I’ve built could be used in any of the following:Site Map - ie. published to user menu or via search Import Scenario Dashboard KPI widget OData  - ie. Power BII wanted to try and build a GI that would be able to check these different locations but it doesn’t seem possible. For example, KPIScoreSettings DAC has the InquiryScreenID as nonexistent in DB. Has anyone ever tackled this problem?Would be really nice to see a screen in Acumatica that could do this. And also flag GIs that don’t appear to be used at all. The other thing i noticed is Access History page doesn’t track GIs called from other locations - eg. Widgets. It only tracks GIs accessed by Site Map. KPI widgets for example wont show the GI used in Access History.

Working on creating a Custom cc plug-in . However i cannot get the ICCHostedPaymentFormResponseParser to work . Does anyone have any ideas of how i can go about this?

Looking to extract data from the Project Budget PM309000 screen via integration. We’ve successfully used the ODATA method for GIs, but this screen is not a GI. What would be the recommended method here?

Hello,For some reason our ACH and WIRE payment methods (for AP Payments) are set up backwards in ACM. When we want to pay via ACH, we select WIRE. And vice versa. The prior AP employee was aware of this and still continued to use the payment methods, just assigning vendors the opposite payment method in order to achieve the files she needed. (i.e. If Vendor X needed an ACH payment, at the time his bill was entered, she assigned payment method WIRE) She has recently left the company and so we are only now aware of the issue, after she had been doing this for almost 3 years. We would prefer the payment methods be correct in ACM and not utilizing them incorrectly due to incorrect setup. Is there a way for us to fix this without disrupting years of data and payment records?  Thanks for any help or guidance!

Does anyone know if there are any Snapshots, specifically U100.zip, for 2032 R2?

Hi Everyone,  Each time I try to  import bank transactions into Acumatica (under Banking, Processes) I get the below error. Is there any easy way to fix this?

Checking to see if anyone has come across any issues yet with 2023 R2? Even though we have been advised it is best to wait 3 to 6 months after the release to upgrade, there are some big changes in 2023 R2 that will make a huge difference in the way we are utilizing the system. Just want to make sure that there isn’t a major issue that might sway our decision.

Hi All, I have setup the GL Budget Access restrictions [ScreenId=GL105030]. It works as expected but when I try to do a budget comparison on the previous years, the user that has been restricted to some accounts are able to see it because it was included into the previous budget configuration. This is the current access the user have. If you are doing current budget the system able to restrict the account. But if I try to check 2022 budget, it shows the account that the user has been restricted. I am expecting that the system will restrict the account that the user doesn’t have access to regardless of the year I want to compare the budget with. Is there any way to restrict the previous budget based on the current GL Budget Access that has been assigned to the user?Any help would be highly appreciated. Thank you very much. Anne Samson

How does the Requested On Date on a SO effect the customers credit limit?  For example:  If a SO is entered with a future Requested On Date, does the amount on the SO go against the credit limit immediately? or after the Requested On Date? Thanks

Hello everyone,We are looking for a way to change A/R revenue GL mapping. Currently we use non-stocks, however they must be received as you can see below:  We want that, during a sale, the GL account used is that of the customer location as configured in the order type:  However, despite this configuration, the accounts used by the system are always those of the non-stock record. How can we change this? Beside, do you have the help file of acumatica which explain the priorities of the differents posting settings.(which win between theses config : non stocks GL VS Posting class VS Order type/project billing GL VS Customer GL)Thanks in advance.

Since upgrading to 23R1, our Invoice reports are taking an extremely long time to print. It’s taking 30+ seconds to generate a single invoice. Sometimes it will take up to 2 or 3 minutes. This issue is not present in our upgrade sandbox, where performance is generally much slower all around. Printing the same invoice using the same report version takes only a few seconds in the sandbox. I’ve been working to remove unnecessary bulk from the report definition, and have seen some small performance improvements, but nothing significant. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I’m guessing that there’s nothing I can do but continue chipping away in report designer. But the drastic difference in performance between our previous build and upgrade sandbox compared to our live environment makes me think something else could be going on. Thanks!
