Projects - change in rate

We use the projects module and our rates change periodically.  I know my changes for 2024 now but still need to bill under old rates until January.  Is there a way I can enter the rates now and have them become effective on a specific date in the future?

Hello,

Are you asking about Labor Rates?  Labor Rates do have Effective Dates that will automatically take effect on 1/1/2024”

Are you asking about Billing Rates?  Rate Tables also have Effective Dates:

If you are only using a Billing Rule (no Rate Tables), then you will need to replace the rate in the billing rule on 1/1/2024.

New Costs can be entered to Inventory Items early and left  Pending. Update costs on 1/1/2024 manually or via a schedule.
