Solved

Hello Team, I have a question for Sales orders (SO301000) When adding the line items using the (+) add row function the price comes in naturally. But when using the “Add items” function on the details tab the item’s Unit price comes in at 0. with the warning message “Minimum gross profit is not satisfied”Sales order preferences Price settings: Validate min. Markup = Warning

On our Shipment Confirmation form we provide our lot numbers on stock items but on a service or non-stock item I want to hide the Lot # field to not show that doesn’t have a lot code. See below. I tried using =IIF(StkItem = FALSE, FALSE,TRUE) in the text box visual expression behavior but it does not work. Can someone let me know if I need to add something to the schema to make this work?

Setting up import scenario similar to out of the box ACU Import BOM. But I can’t seem to add the Operation ID → Operation ID line without it adding the <Key: OperationCD> field. I need the <Line Number> = -1 field, same as ACU Import BOM. What am I doing wrong here? I want to add lines for these operations, not key on them to add materials. ACU Import BOM - Out of the Box Me - unable to add Operation ID line without the Key line above.

My Mass Update is greyed out in my GI regardless of the Entry Screen I set. I am using APTran and trying to mass update the 1099 Box form on all of them. When I go to select an entry screen, I only get Bills and Adjustments as the “PL” screen, not the actual entry screen. Using the PL screen still renders all my options as greyed out.  I assume I’m missing something obvious, so any help is greatly appreciated.

The MRP whitepaper (which is excellent by the way) has the following diagramBut the paper doesn’t address which calendar is used for counting days. From my testing, it appears that MRP uses (regular) calendar days when looking at consolidating production orders. When looking at consolidating production orders:is that correct should it use the manufacturing calendar instead?

After all setup is done for connecting to Azure Accounts, application created in azure and added to the users account, the admin doesn’t enter an azure account password for the user. There is a test button on the users profile, do they have to go there to “activate” the account? And if so what are the minimum rights to make the test button thing work for a typical user (I put this in the wrong place and can’t move)

According to the help the BUCKET DAYS in the MRP Preferences and the DAYS OF SUPPLY in the stock item are doing exactly the same, even if they have different labels. If I only use the MRP Preferences (without overriding the days of supply in the item) nothing is consolidated!Only if I override the “days of supply” on the stock item, the demand of this item will be consolidated. Is there any purpose behind the “bucket days” in the MRP Preferences? My assumption was that this is the general set up for all “MRP-Items” & the field on the stock item is for overriding the set up for this specific item.

Hello!Unsure if this is possible, but hoping someone has an answer or an idea that would help. Our customers have been utilizing the Acumatica adjacent customer portal to view their statements, past orders, and place online orders. Is there a way to set a default pricing for one of our customers so that they only see the pricing as $1 for all of our products, but on our end, we have another price class (the true price class) that has the “correct” pricing that we can select so that the SO that the customer created or that the SO we create will reflect the correct/updated pricing? Or would we just have to manually enter the correct price as they submit their online orders, etc.?

Hi!I am getting started with 2023R1 and its early offering of Modern UI development under Aurelia and TypeScript. After a fresh install of the Site, I open the FrontendSources folder in VSCode and then from its Terminal tabI execute the following 3 commands: npm install --save-devnpm run getmodulesnpm run build The first 2 commands appear to run just fine. The 3rd command shows error:  TS2307: Cannot find module 'client-controls' or its corresponding type declarations.I am fairly new to VSCode so I may be overlooking something, but how do I overcome this build error?Files such as SO301000.ts show ‘client-controls’ with red squiggly error indication.

Hello! It is able to change the details of the sales order though it is in the open status, especially the quantity and the price. Is there is a way to prevent making changes to an order which is in the open status?Amanda

I have some attributes that I have set up and added to a particular Contact Class. Of the 5 attributes on that Contact Class I want to make it so that three of them are read only for my Support Representatives. I am struggling to find the field level attribute location that will allow me to set it to read only. I noticed in a previous post related to attributes in Item Classes that the Item Class had an attribute section and I can find a similar thing the access tree for Contact Class but I can’t find a listing of the specific attribute that I want to set the permission level on. Any help on this query would be greatly appreciated.

I dont think this is possible but worth asking. The Customer wants to select one action on the Mobile app that will prompt for a Signature and Confirm the Shipment.I can get to work by two actions on the mobile app but dont believe it can be performed in 1.add screen SO302000 {  add container "ShipmentSummary" {    formActionsToExpand = 2    add recordAction "SignReport" {      behavior = SignReport      displayName = "Sign"    }    add recordAction "ConfirmShipmentAction" {      behavior = Record    displayName = "Confirm"    } My other thought was to do a Business Event to confirm the Shipment based on the Shipment having a file attachment that starts with signature

Hello Acumatica users, We recently switched to Acumatica from Sage 300 where we could e-file 1099s via Aatrix. What is the best way to file 1099s using Acumatica for INT, NEC, and Misc? @khowe86

When an order is Will Call, the tax calculated should be either the branch or the warehouse. Using an external tax provided and the Common Carrier Checkbox (cleared) on the ship via, it seems to works correctly picking up the warehouse address. However, if we are using Acumatica sales tax, what is the correct configuration for the sales tax zone to be changed to the branch of the sales order when Will Call is checked?

From custom code, I’m creating a service order and filling in a few fields at the header as well as a few fields of a line item record.  I thenthrow new PXRedirectRequiredException(graph, null) { Mode = PXBaseRedirectException.WindowMode.NewWindow };But when the screen opens, the “Settings” tabitem is displayed.  I would like the “Details” tabitem to display instead, so the user can fill in the remaining information for the line item without having to click on the “DETAILS” tabitem first.Screen opens with “Settings” tab displayedI want the “Details” tab to display instead

Hello Community,I have created a new GI and have a question on it.  It is pulling information how I wanted, but then noticed that it is missing information.  This is a copy of the Account Details report, but I added the Reason Code column. This is the report results:For the Reason Code column, the SCRAP result should continue down the report as it is all the same record.I have tried different relationship set ups, but the SCRAP is not coming through for the rest of the items. These are the relationships that I currently have set up:GLTranR left join to INTranGLTranR left join to GLTranGLTran left join to BatchAny ideas/feedback is welcome!Thank you,Trisha

Good morning,We would possibly like to add some intermediate steps/transitions to those "out of the box" of the workflow of the Appointment FS300200 form(For the moment I was using attributes, but we are starting to reach the end of what the attribute can do ).Having never played with workflows, I listened to several tutorials and did some reading. Before to jump I have somes questions :Do you have any pros and cons for editing workflows? Should I avoid getting into workflows? Do you have any Do’s and Don’t’s do for workflows customization? Considering that I am adding intermediate steps, am I correct in thinking that this will not have an impact on "closely related" workflows such as the "Service Order"? Something that escapes me, can we assign a workflow for a service order type? If yes, how?THANKS! 😎

Our client bases the Service Contract on number of visits.  Sometimes they cannot be complete in the period that was covered.  Is it possible to set up Service Contracts based on the number of visits?

Hi Community,I am trying to add One Line item in Appointment Details tab having Line type as "Non-Stock Item" through Acumatica.RESTApi using PutEntityAync from C#. But when I try to insert any value for ActualQty field I am getting an error as "exceptionMessage": "An error occurred during processing of the field Qty: Specified cast is not valid.." But the datatype of that field is decimal and I am trying to insert same as Decimal. If I keep ActualQty as Null then the remaining fields are inserting as expected. And while updating any Non-Stock Item if I give ActualQty any input then I am getting same error. Here if I keep ActualQty as Null then I am getting "exceptionMessage": "Nullable object must have a value". But If I remove ActualQty filed from the request, then the update is working fine.Remaining Decimal type fields are updating but facing this issue with ActualQty.Also while adding a new line in details, I’m unable to insert AcutalQty thorugh Postman or API PUT call.If I pass Actu
