Hello. My company manufactures and distributes Gas Analyzers, Chromatographs and multiple spare/supporting parts. As you can imagine, we are using assemblies, sub-assemblies and multi-level BOM’s to build our production orders. Our boss tasked us with determining how many Analyzers and Chromatographs we can build (based off the parts in the BOM) with the current stock we have on the shelf in Inventory. Any ideas on how I can go about finding out that information? Can Acumatica calculate this for us?Please advise.Any help would be greatly appreciated. Very Best,

Is it possible to scan an item during picking/packing and automatically set quantity based on its qty in a box?Example:There is 30 ea of the product in a box. A shipment needs 60 ea of it. When picked, scan the item barcode twice instead of keying qty 60 ea manually.

We have a number of customers that require a discount to be applied at time of payment. The system has a settlement disocunt but its linked to a prompt payment date which is not how our customers pay their bills - the current agreement is that they will take up the settlement discount regardless of a due date. Has anyone else encountered this and how can we handle it in the system? Thanks!

Hello all,I have been trying to run an allocation rule that should generate a Project trxn of the type PM. The allocation rule is to run whenever an Expense Claim is released for the particular project. But at the moment it is directly creating a project trxn of type AP and also creating an AP Bill. What i would want is I would first like to run the allocation rule to the unbilled part/WIP and then generate an AP Bill. How to achieve this?    So here, before the Project trxn of AP is generated I would like to generate of the type PM. And it should not effect any of the Debit/Credit parts. How can i get this done? Thanks in advance.

We are building an integration for our order management platform. We are using OData to get information from Acumatica (like tracking updates), but the REST API to send orders. Is it better to stay signed-in, or to sign-out between each transaction? Anything we should be considering in determining this?

I try to config live mail not successfully

Good day. What is the minimum bandwidth required by a customer subscribed to Acumatica SaaS?Many thanks,EM.

Hi all, Can you help me about my concern for creating a Sales Order and when we ship this item, we encountered this.(Please see the image below)  We resolved this issue by creating another (copy SO) and the shipment and the process continues smoothly. Do you have any solutions to rid this? Thanks

Hi, I am creating a new processing screen and have created the DataView below to grab the data I need for the processing grid. public PXProcessingJoin<ARInvoice, InnerJoin<Customer, On<ARInvoice.customerID, Equal<Customer.bAccountID>>>, Where<ARInvoice.customerID, IsNotNull>, OrderBy<Asc<ARInvoice.customerID>>> Invoices; At the moment it is returning multiple rows for the same customer, as it is returning each invoice, but I would like the query to group on ARInvoice.CustomerID so that I can see which customers have overdue invoices. The reason for this is I want the processing screen to send email reminders for overdue invoices, and I only want one email sent per customer, rather than an email per invoice. Is there a way I can include this clause into the above query? Let me know if you need any other information. Kind regards,Andrew

A large number of activities were imported to Customers in Open status. They want all of them completed. I’m trying to craft an import for this action, but getting an error on Summary field. I thought all I would need is the ID (noteID field) since that’s the primary key in CRActivity. Tried adding summary field though, and still getting the error. These are existing activities, so ID and Summary are from a file I exported out of Acumatica. Thoughts anyone?

We set up Customer Access groups so that salespeople can only see their own. This works and limits access to Opportunities related to their customers, for example. But in the mobile app they can still see all Opportunities. Can the security be extended to mobile or is there some other way?I’ve looked for documentation on this without success. Thanks in advance for any help.

I am trying to create a projection of the Service Order Detail joined to the Appointment detail.This is the SQL statement I am trying to emulate:SELECT FD.[SrvOrdType] ,FD.[RefNbr] ,FD.[OrigSrvOrdNbr],FD.[OrigLineNbr] ,FD.[UnitCost],FD.[UnitPrice] ,FS.[RefNbr] ,FS.[LineNbr] ,FS.[LineRef],FS.[UnitCost] ,FS.[UnitPrice],FS.[TranDesc] ,FS.[SODetID],FS.[SOID]From [FSAppointmentDet] FD JOIN [FSSODet] FS on FD.OrigSrvOrdNbr = FS.RefNbr AND FS.LineNbr = FD.OrigLineNbrWHERE fs.UnitPrice <> FD.UnitPrice And this is the Projection I am trying to get together, but there are syntax errors here I can’t seem to trace down: [PXProjection(typeof(Select2<FSAppointmentDet, InnerJoin<FSSODet, On<FSSODet.refNbr, Equal<FSAppointmentDet.origSrvOrdNbr>, And<FSSODet.lineNbr, Equal<FSAppointmentDet.origLineNbr>>>, Where<FSSODet.unitPrice, NotEqual<FSAppointmentDet.unitPrice>>>), Persistent = true)]I seem to

Hello Community,I have a code line that I am trying to apply in report designer too but haven’t been able to. The Code is:[SOLine.LineNbr]-1) Mod 8 + 1How can I apply the same code in my report designer for a field?

I am seeking assistance in configuring our inventory label printing process to generate labels based on item class or warehouse, rather than the current setup of printing labels by receipt. The use case behind this request is the implementation of handheld scanners for cycle counting purposes. In this context, it is imperative that bin locations are labeled with essential information such as item ID, warehouse, and location. We have modified the report to include barcodes for warehouse and location on these to facilitating efficient scan and count operations. Thanks!

Hi All,I have manufactured parts that are already in stock and ready to be sold.  I am sending them out for a finishing process so I’m not going to be running them thru production as I don’t need to have “extra inventory.”  Does anyone know a way to get this outside processing cost onto the cost of the part without doing a landed cost?
