Error when updating customer

Good day.

We are receiving the following error when trying to update a customer record: Another process has added the 'Customer' record. Your changes will be lost. 

 

Any guidance on the above will be appreciated.

HI @Alecia 

Do you currently have any published customizations? Have you confirmed the successful creation of a customer without any customizations? I suspect that the customizations may be causing an issue. Alternatively, please disable the autonumbering sequence and attempt to create a customer manually, then share the results.

@Alecia , @manikantad18 has shared great troubleshooting process to help narrow down the problem. If you still getting the same error, maybe share some additional details like POSTMAN screenshots, URL, payload etc.

Check also you have no Business Events updating Customer records.
