I have been editing the Daily field repot (PJ644000) sub report Progress worksheet (PJ644015) and while doing so I save multiple versions while testing changes. Is there a way to load the report and view the versions like a normal report in Acumatica? When entering the report ID on the site’s screen ID URL. I get taken to the main page. Whereas a normal report I can view the standard Version changes;

I am trying to create a filter for my Dashboard KPI, but receiving the ‘ Conversion failed when converting date and/or time from character string’ error. Not really sure why as the parameter I am using in the filter should not be a string (see attached). What am I doing wrong?

We did an upgrade to 2023 R2 (23.211.0017) as an initial upgrade step from 2022 R2.We then tried to do an upgrade to 2024 R1 and downloaded the latest installer. After running the install and trying to do an upgrade of the existing 2023 R2 install, it appears that the 2023 R2 version we just installed (23.211.0017) is a later version than the installers for 2024 R1. Upgrade notes for 24.101.0059:You can upgrade your Acumatica ERP instance to 2024 R1 Update 1 if you have any of the following builds installed:• 2022 R2 Update 22 (22.222.0013) and earlier• 2023 R1 Update 15 (23.115.0031) and earlier• 2023 R2 Update 9 (23.209.0023) and earlier I then looked at the Upgrade notes from 24.100.0139 Acumatica ERP 2024 R1 can be upgraded from the following particular versions: • 2023 R2 Update 6 (23.206.0006) and earlier• 2023 R1 Update 13 (23.113.0042) and earlier• 2022 R2 Update 20 (22.220.0026) and earlier Question: how long does it usually take Acumatica to allow upgrades to the latest versio

I’d like to have a copy of our Live Database for Testing purposes but without all the uploaded files we’ve made such as images which accounts to about 70GB of space.  Is this possible and How to do this?

We’re running 22R1 and having an issue with users being able to upload images of HEIC file type. We’ve added this file type to the file upload preferences screen and selected the check box for “image”. However, when we try to upload this file type from the mobile app, it says that this file type is not allowed. Anyone have any ideas on what is going on here?

Example : Just like a GI act as a source of data for a Pivot table. What can act as a source of  data for a report ?

Would like to have the ability to change the default “Scheduling Method” when new production orders are created.  Probably a setting in production order preferences with the ability to over-ride at the item class level.

Is there a setting or a preference that allows us to change the default scheduling method on new production orders?

We have 4 branches, each have employees. In many cases, an employee is branch 1 will help out and work on a project that is part of branch 2. When time is imported through employee time activities, that expense is posted to branch 1 (where the employee belongs), however it should hit branch 2 because that is where the expense incurred. How can I change the expense to hit the branch of the project?

We are in need of a scheduling software that we can integrate with Acumatica.  For some background, we are production builders so will be working off of pre-determined schedules for a full-home build.  We need to be able to show the variance of projected versus actual schedule, and ideally be able to alert our trades through this scheduling piece, and approve POs and EPOs from the field.  Any suggestions are welcomed! Thank you! Lauren

Am I crazy? Is there really no way to schedule an export scenario? Went through a setup getting the Generic Inquiry just right, a scheduled ftp upload scheduled and that’s my stopping point? This is for a product feed csv file upload to an ftp server.

As per the above screenshot, I want to update the above highlighted allocated field through import scenario.I have wrote the below import scenario but the scenario is not working. Please help me with this issue.

We are currently setting up work centers and are wondering if it is possible to have all lathes or mills as one work center. The issue is that for example, the lathes do not have all the same capabilities. One machine can do 30% of the parts while the other can do 100% of the parts. We want to utilized the scheduling feature and I think this will cause issues. Is it possible to assign machines within the work center to certain parts or do we need to make each lathe its own work center?

Hello, At our company, many people need to access the details section of a sales order, as critical for doing our jobs. We have a generic inquiry which pulls data from multiple tables, which impacts performance quite significantly, by taking often 45 seconds or more to load the query. This may not sound like a lot, but when dozens of people run this query dozens of time each day, it creates a lot of friction.I suspect that there can be significant gains made to performance, with SQL best practices such as not scanning multiple tables, or other system level ways by using lazy loading, database caching, or using a  concurrent thread pool. Please direct me to a relevant thread or resource. If not, please respond and I will provide instructions on how to recreate the behavior of the query. Efficiency is so key here, because it is one of our largest pain points with the ERP since so many people rely on this general inquiry, it can save the company thousands of dollars each year along with t

I am trying to do a “no code” customization for the Owner field in the CRM Case Entry form.  I was able to make it a mandatory field easy enough, but I would also like it to default to the current user entering in the new case.   Is there a no code way to do this?

"I'm encountering difficulty locating the JSON Web Key Button and JSON Web Key URL options within my client application. While the shared secret box is visible, these two dialog boxes seem to be missing. What configuration adjustments are necessary to enable the visibility of these dialog boxes? Alternatively, could I be overlooking something crucial? Any guidance or assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated."

Help, please. I am trying to Mass Update the Shipping Rule for all our customers from Back Order Allowed to Ship Complete.

I have a customer who’s inquiring about increasing the Inventory Segmented key from 30 to 45 characters.I’ve asked for the reasoning behind this and will see if using Inventory Subitems might be a solution. But, I’d like to know if increasing the length can be done and if so, are there negative repercussions throughout the system (other then display issues due to length on reports and/or screens)? Thanks!

Hi Team,When I convert a Purchsce to a Fixed Assets the proces on GL generate 4 rows with diferents subaccountThe transactions in GL appear with a different Subaccount and two accrual account lines that are netted at 0, why does this appear? The correct thing would be that the subaccount to be set at the time of registering the purchase in AP Bill and not to pull the subaccount from somewhere else. Please help me understand what could be happening. In FA preferences I Can define one Fixed Assets subacount , but normaly I don’t use the same subacount to register my FA, because in diferent case of fixed assets i have many subaccount,In Fixed assets Class I can define the subaccount but normaly I could have diferent subaccoun for each Fixed Asset Class. When I do a AP Bill I can select the Subaccount which could be diferent with the Fixed Assets Preference subaccountWhen I convert my FA in Convert Purchases to Assets Form I can select the same subaccount that I selec in the AP Bill and conve

Hello! When I’m setting up the Item class, I have mentioned inventory planning method as none. But now I want to add replenishment to the items hence given planning method of the item class as Inventory Replenishment. But this change does not replicate in the stock item hence I have to re-enter the item class to the stock item. By doing this my already given information to the item get changes, and also, we are changing item class defaults at the item level hence cannot update the item class.  Is there any way I can set up replenishment or take replenishment to the item level?Best Regards Amanda
