Hello everyone, so one of my clients they have transactions using other currency. We already set up module currency management, rate transaction, etc, but why there is no menu for Financials Statement or budget report using other currency. Do we need to add customization report in Acumatica to display the menu? Our base currency is IDR and the other currency we want to added for the report is USD.Please help me to solve this, I really appreciate, thank you.

I did have an import scenario that worked and then the upgrade to 2026 R1 appears to have broken it.

26R1 25R2  Does anyone else also have this issue, I can’t export/import approval maps in 26R1

I got notified I have a private message on this forum but when I try to go in my private messages, even the old messages are gone.  Is it my account or someone else has experienced and know how to fix it?  This is kind of funny in a way :)@Chris Hackett , something you can help with?

Hi All, we have our inhouse application integrated via API to  MYOB Acumatica where we create customer payment method and MYOB returns a GUID for each payment method.  I am trying to find out is it possible to display this GUID in a GI screen with MYOB user interface all?  If so, which table and column I need to integrate.  Is this explained somewhere, appreciate the help in advance.

Anyone that uses Rental360, can anyone tell me what “enable rental corrections” entails? What part is it referring to for corrections?

Hi everyone,I'm working on a printing workflow in Acumatica and I'm trying to make it a little more reliable. Before sending an invoice or report to a printer, I'd like to have a quick way to confirm that the printer is actually producing good output. Checking whether the printer is online isn't always enough, since a printer can accept a job while still having issues such as faded text, missing colors, streaks, or alignment problems. For example, if a printer has recently had an ink or toner change, paper jam, or maintenance, I'd prefer to run a simple test print first rather than discovering the problem after several Acumatica documents have already been printed.Does anyone here use a printer test or verification step before running important Acumatica print jobs?I'm particularly interested in whether people rely on DeviceHub/printer status alone, or whether you also use a physical test page to check the actual output. What has worked well for you without adding too much extra work to t

We created a system email account for the user.We assigned it to the user on the Email Accounts Screen as shown. The reply address was populated as well on this screen. When I log in as this user, and email a sales order, PO, etc.  the email says it is from the default email account in email preferences.  We want it to say it was emailed from this user’s email address.

I’ve been asked to provide a sidepanel on a few screens that will display the Remit To address of the vendor on the current screen.  That part is pretty easy and I’ve already provided that to the users. But the sidepanel is displaying the results of a GI (the Sidepanel technically points to a Dashboard that has a Data Table widget on it that displays the GI results).  The results are displayed horizontally, and since it’s displaying 5 fields, the results are kinda squished.  I’d love to display the results vertically, like:Addr 1: 123 Main StreetAddr 2: Box 17City:  AnytownState: PAPostal Code: 12345I’ve tried a pivot table but that’s not really what pivot tables are designed for.The only solution I can think of is developing a custom form screen and tying the sidepanel to that.  That kind of form screen is pretty simple...but I feel like I’m going down a rabbit hole for something that doesn’t justify that much work.

Hi Team,I have a requirement on the Cases screen where I added a custom Date field. I want to apply conditional formatting to this field:If the custom date is greater than the Reported Date, the field should appear Red.  Else, it should be Green. The below JavaScript runs, but it always goes to the else condition and never enters the if.<script type="text/javascript"> function highlightWarrantyDate() { // Get values from fields by their IDs var reportedDateField = document.getElementById("ctl00_phF_form_t0_edReportedOnDateTime_text"); var warrantyDateField = document.getElementById("ctl00_phF_form_t0_NAWPREM03edUsrNAWPMWarrantyExpirationDate_text"); if (reportedDateField && warrantyDateField) { var reportedDate = new Date(reportedDateField.value); var warrantyDate = new Date(warrantyDateField.value); if (reportedDate > warrantyDate) { // Expired => Red background warrantyDa

Hello all,How can one create task situated under Activities tab in PM301000. I came across Task templates screen, so I mapped the values and then setup the biz event that should be triggered when the Project status changes to Active. But it is not firing off. Can anyone guide me on this?

On the customer statement you see the invoices, and a total, and if a payment was applied the total is decreased, but the payment is not listed.  Is there a way to expose/show/display the payments that took place in the statement period?

Hi All,Has anyone here every used acumatica to track a rebate program with a customer and be able to generate a quarterly report to track it?  I want to track all their sales for a certain time period then calculate it in total and be able to use that rebate as a "credit" on future purchases by that customer.  Also it will be a fixed percentage of all sales

OK, this one may sound off the wall but bear with me.  The WMS Screens like Pick/Pack/Ship, Scan and Count, etc. in the mobile app (as well as the web page versions) have sounds they play on successful and not successful scans.  I just call them “Beeps” (good) and “Bongs” (bad). We have a mix of serialized and non serialized product.  And sometimes we have product that the vendor serializes but we choose not to.  When we are doing WMS operations, our crew aren’t always looking at the screen; instead they’re scanning item after item.  And so we’ve had plenty of times when operations like counts have created new serial entries, because they scan product 1234, which expects a serial, but they instead scan the next product 1234.  Or they scan product 5678, which isn’t serialized but has a serial number field on the box which they scan as the next product.  They get a Bong and wind up rescanning the first 5678 again, increasing the count. It would be great if we could replace the sounds and i

Hello all,I have been trying to import document discounts for my Sales orders, however unable to do so: The errorI have been testing to import for one order that has 4 lines.is there anything that I’m missing?

What determines POOrder.Status transition to Closed on Subcontracts screen (SC301000), besides bill release amount? Is there a supported way to force-close based on ExpirationDate?"I’ve already tried create a GI + biz event + automation schedule and import scenarios but it didn’t work. Thanks This is what i setup in the import scenarios

Hi All,Is there a standard way to automatically populate a specific Subaccount when a user selects an Account on detail lines? When entering a new line in Bills and Adjustments (AP301000)or Journal Transactions (GL301000): Select Account = 632 ➔ Subaccount automatically fills as SUB-632. Select Account = 641 ➔ Subaccount automatically fills as SUB-641.  The Use Default Subaccount checkbox on the Chart of Accounts only pulls the single system-wide default from GL102000, which doesn't allow mapping unique Subaccounts per Account. Is this possible via standard configuration (without custom code)? Thanks!

All,We’re currently on 24R2 in the process of upgrading to 26R1. We just recently updated to EasyPost due to the native UPS/FedEx connectors going away.My shipping department just asked me how to flag/ship hazardous materials… this had never come up before so it’s caught me off guard.I see no hazmat or msds or commodity code setting in the EasyPost plugin. When I go to any shipping tab (Shipments or Sales Orders), I see no way to flag hazmat.Same thing with attributes -- I see no hazmat or msds fields.Have I been living under a rock? How did our items ship before and this wasn’t an issue? Why is it an issue now?Can someone point me in the right direction? My gut is telling me I need to create attributes/UDFs and run an import scenario for all the items, but even with that I’m not sure how this gets communicated back to EasyPost.

All, we have an email going out to a dead address -- the employee at the Vendor we’re sending a PO notification to has left the company months ago.“dead@address.com” isn’t listed in the vendor card anywhere.“dead@address.com” isn’t in Contacts.I can’t find “dead@address.com” anywhere in Acumatica.Firing up Report Designer is where I found the field =[RemitContact.EMail]Does anyone have an idea of where [RemitContact.EMail] is stored?

I am trying to adjust a field so that the input is masked like a password field. I have it in my classic UI customization, but I am unable to find any resources for implementing this in the modern UI.The field in question is a base field on an Acumatica page. The field is the “Header Value” field in the “Push Notifications” page SM302000. I have two questions:The first is what and where do I add modifications to adjust this field to be masked as a password? Do I adjust the DAC definition for the modern UI, do I adjust the view definition of this field in an extension .ts file, and/or do I create an html extension field that modifies it?The second question is what would that syntax look like? What specifically do I need to add to create the password masking?I did try to look for examples within the provided Acumatica code, but was unable to find any examples.

We have a group of products offered with a single variant (color) where the color is simple to change in production. Many of the other components have long lead times and would benefit from the use of Dependent Forecasts in MRP/Inventory Planning I’m trying to figure out how to load a dependent forecast for a single item (ITEM-A) that has an identical BOM to a group of products (ITEM-B to ITEM-G) so that sales orders for any of the group of items is consumed against the forecast For example, imagine I enter a Forecast for a period of 10-units, and we take sales orders for the same amount in that period, but the color variants are different. How can we configure this to consume the forecast and net out to zero?Inventory ID Forecast Sales Order ITEM-A 10 2 ITEM-B   4 ITEM-C   3 ITEM-D   1  As configured, it appears Inventory Planning will expect a total demand of the 10 forecasted -2 on SO of ITEM-A (8 Total) + an additional 8 units from the other variants on sal

Can someone point me in the direction of adding a user defined field to the location tab of the customer form. I added a user defined field to the location form, but it is not available to add to the location grid on the customer form.
