Hello all,I have been working on an automation to place the SO in BackOrder status if the order isnt completely shipped. The scenario is for Drop Shipments.I created a GI:  If I disable the last 2 conditions, the biz event automation works perfectly fine. However if any one of the last 2 conditions or both of them are enabled the biz event doesnt work at all.My condition to display the orders whose Shipped Qty >0 & <> Order Qty. Reason being the Unshipped qty is a nonexistent field in DB: Is there anything I’m missing or doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated. Also attaching the XML of the GI.

After upgrading to Acumatica 2025R2, some of my users started experiencing random slowdowns. Each week, one or two users report performance issues, but when I check the PCs and the server, neither is running at full capacity. I’m not sure what’s causing it

Is there anyone that has come up with a way to split a production order after production has started, manually, that allows for the order to be tied back to the original order for quality compliance? If so, how are you doing it?We are trying to use Acumatica 2026.Example: 100 pc are put into production 7 steps into production we need to split the order due to some issue. 50 will be completed as originally planned and 50 will go through some other process before being shipped to the customer. We need to maintain the history of the entire production order for quality purposes. Even if it requires a custom report and some way to flag the orders to put them together.Using Lots or serial numbers are not an option.

Build 25.101.0153.11 We run the native Amazon Connector (BC201020) with the Non-Order Fees entity active, importing Amazon's non-order-related fees as cash transactions on CA304000. That synchronization stopped returning data at the end of August 2026 and has not recovered. The timing lines up with Amazon's removal of the Finances API v0 operations listFinancialEvents, listFinancialEventsByGroupId and listFinancialEventsByOrderId on August 28, 2026 (deprecated July 21, 2025). The stated replacement is the listTransactions operation in Finances API v2024-06-19. Through our partner, Acumatica support has confirmed that there is currently no workaround other than manually creating the required cash transactions, and that upgrading to 2025 R2 or 2026 R1 does not restore Non-Order Fees synchronization. We were told Engineering is evaluating whether a customization is technically feasible as a temporary measure. A few questions for the community and moderators:1. Is anyone else running the N

Apologies if this is already covered, I did search and could not find what I am looking for. Our five/six year old MYOB environment has a massive Audit history logs and I can’t find a way to delete on logs based on date and time?  Also, is this recorded for individual Tenants? Can the Audit log cleaning be done via UI or I need some special access to Database?  We have a cloud implementation, is it possible to get access to the database directly?

I initially created my target equipment import scenario without warranty information. The import did not throw errors. I am now returning to the import scenario and adding warranty information (company warranty):CompanyWarrantyCompanyWarranty TypeCpnyWarrantEndDate It runs and does not throw an error, but the warranty info does not get updated. How can I get these warranties updated?

Hello, wondering if anyone is or has had the same issue when updating the current movement class for an item-warehouse using the Update Movement Class screen (IN506100) I’ve tried the following:Select Warehouse and Period, then Click “PROCESS ALL” Projected Movement Class would populate on some items I’ve tried selecting an item with a projected movement class and then click “PROCESS” Current movement class for that item would not get populated on (IN506100). I checked warehouse details for that item-warehouse and there is no value on the movement class.I’d appreciate if anyone has any suggestion or knows what I’m doing wrong to let me know. Thank you!!

Hello,I am trying to create a GI that will give account ending balances for a specified branch and financial period across all account+subaccount combinations that have a non-zero balance. I wanted to expand an ARM report by account and subaccount and that isn’t really an option due to the size of the chart of accounts, number of subaccounts, and the maintenance required to maintain it. I am using GLHistoryByPeriod, GLHistory, and GLBudgetLine (x3, aliased) DACs. I have tried a few different configurations but the closest I’ve gotten so far is this:FROM GLHistoryLEFT JOIN GLHistoryByPeriod ON GLHistory.AccountID = GLHistoryByPeriod.AccountID AND GLHistory.SubID = GLHistoryByPeriod.SubID AND GLHistory.BranchID = GLHistoryByPeriod.BranchID AND GLHistory.LedgerID = GLHistoryByPeriod.LedgerID AND GLHistory.FinPeriodID = GLHistoryByPeriod.LastActivityPeriodINNER JOIN [PX.Objects.GL.Account] AS Account ON GLHistory.AccountID = Account.AccountIDINNER JOIN [PX.Objects.GL.Sub] AS Sub ON

Hi, I have a field to display PO#, and I’m trying to make its size dynamic, but despite trying all possible properties, it still only displays as much as fits in the original field size.I tried CanGrow first, then also ticked WordWrap, CanSplit, and Multiline, and as a last attempt, I also ticked CanShrink—none of them worked. The Report Designer version matches the Acumatica version, and the text field is not inside any other panel.I know I can manually increase the field size, but I’m trying to understand if these properties are actually functional. Any insights? Thanks!

My company adds $3.75 handling fee to outbound UPS shipments. This amount is added to the freight cost we incur from the carrier (UPS), the sum of the two quantities (freight cost + our handling fee) are combined and billed to the customer on their invoice. I see handling charges can be added using SHIPPING TERMS, which can be assigned within CUSTOMER CLASSES. However, if I have a sale that is delivered via my company’s truck or if the customer picks up at my facility there should not be a shipping and handling charge. I’d like to avoid relying on users to manually change the SHIPPING TERMS on a sales order each time there is a customer pickup or deliver via our truck. Is there a way to attach the shipping and handling charge to SHIP VIA or CARRIER so this is automated? There must be something I’m missing in order to accomplish this. We are not the only company to use freight padding.Thank you,Matt

Session timeout and user inactivity timeout are two different settings. - https://community.acumatica.com/maintenance-and-troubleshooting-229/how-to-extend-the-session-timeout-3933?postid=90543#post90543Session timeout is set to 1h by default in the web.config file. When a user has exceeded the session timeout, they may not be aware. Can there be a warning message or pop up message informing them so they are aware they on a “stale” screen?

We understand that In Acumatica, the "estimated lead time" is typically calculated by combining the vendor lead time that is manually entered in the vendor details with any additional lead time days that are manually entered on the inventory line item itself and then displayed as the estimated lead time for that item.  Based on the information we've found so far; it seems that the manual process mentioned above is the only option. For companies with large inventories, numbering in the tens of thousands, automating this function is essential. Our questions are:Does Acumatica have logic that automatically calculates estimated lead times.  If so, how do we go about setting it up?For example, instead of manually updating the lead time on both the vendor master record and the item master under the vendor tab, is there a way for the system to automatically calculate the average lead time based on PO issue dates vs PO receipt dates?  Our goal is to eliminate the need for customers to manually

Hello all,I am trying to setup the incoming mail processing where if a mail is received it should be forwarded to an employee.Under the Incoming Mail Processing tab, we have the option to Routing the mails. How to setup this? Thanks in advance.

Hi all,Working on activating Inventory Replenishment for my company. Currently, the Moving Average method causes the Calculate Replenishment Parameters to calculate lead times based off of PO Receipt lines. Which is fine, however, typically, our initial PO will have a much shorter lead time as it’s coming from local stock with subsequent orders having longer lead times due to manufacturing, etc…My question is: Is there a way to override the setting so that Acumatica uses the Vendor Lead Time that we put in the item’s vendor tab line under the Stock Items screen? This would be ideal versus it calculating off the average lead times from past PO receipts.Ultimately, the system will “catch up” as more POs come through, but it would be nicer if we could just tell it to use the lead time in the item’s vendor line.ThanksJoseph

Hello Folks, I have ran into a somewhat challenging roadblock for creating Approval maps for multiple screens. These Screens Include: Change Orders(PM308000) and Purchase Requisitions (RQ302000), both screens seem to not save either the “Owner” or the “Workgroup” of that owner in the DAC SCHEMA making it impossible to create an approval map for these screens using one. For example: On the Change Order screen, there is no “Owner” field but acumatica should track a created by and therefore an owner field of that document. Also pulling in the Workgroup associated with that person. Acumatica is not doing any of this:  We  can see on this screenshot that workgroup, owner are both empty but the created on field (Which i have blocked out for privacy) has a field inputted. Can someone explain why this is happening is this isolated to 26R1?

Does anyone have ideas about what might be causing this? When I publish my customizations that I’m working on, in my local instance, the process doesn’t complete. There are no errors whatsoever. It just gets part of the way through the publish process and stops with seemingly no rhyme or reason. Then I have to unpublish all customizations and publish them one by one for it to work. This has been happening for some time now, and getting more frequent.Thankfully the issue is not present in the production instance, but it’s still annoying and concerning.I have a very fast machine and even if I leave it overnight it doesn’t complete, so it’s not just a slow publish.

We have been testing the BigCommerce B2B customization on Acumatica 23R1 ahead of launching our BigC store, and we have seen a lot of issues with it. I was wondering if others have run into these problems and have a way of dealing with it or even just a better way of thinking about these problems so that we can live with them.We find it confusing that the main contact rather than the primary contact (except for the primary contact name) is used as the first admin info in BigC and don’t know how to treat the primary contact in Acumatica to make this less confusing. We also find it confusing that the 2nd rather than the 1st main contact phone number is synced to BigC. We don’t know how to handle the possibility of a customer deleting the first admin in their company in BigCommerce B2B since that is how the connector is connecting the customer in Acumatica to the company in BigC. We have noticed many, many issues with modifying existing customer data in either Acumatica or BigC. The data

Can anyone help me with this?It is only sending to the first email in the list

I have DeviceHub configured successfully with printers, but when I add a usb scale it exceeds the API request limit all on its own after a minute or two. Seems like devicehub is updating the SMScale table with the scale weight, but then forgetting to log itself out after??Does anyone have any ideas? Hi there everyone,Our company recently upgraded to 26R1, we noticed a few bugs here and there, but one that seems to be prevalent is an issue with the autocomplete box.  For example, when typing in an item into the Sales Order screen, typically a box automatically comes down, giving you different autocomplete options to choose from. However, now it is only loading the first 15 rows of that, and then showing only blank rows afterwards. This happens both on the Classic and Modern UI, and it happens for all fields that can be auto completed, like Inventory ID and Customer. Each time it shows the first 15 results, and then the remaining populated rows are blank. If you click on one of the blank rows, something is actually entered in, it looks like the text in the autofill box is just invisible to us. Has anyone else experienced this?
