Salesforce Integration Sync

See attached document. Why do the two salesforce sync screens show a different list of entities? Is there a way to make them the same? If not, is there a way to schedule the integration for the entities that are not on the shorter list?

Hi @jebbuddecke63

Profiles - Sales force sync  → This is the configuration/setting screen. It is used to configure the Import / Export data for both system

Processes - Sales force sync  → This is the processing screen. It is used to sync the data from both system (Acumatica to Salesforce or Salesforce to Acumatica).
