Labor A clock entry into a work order 1, when I try to test if A can clock in to run Work order 2 at the same time, looks like A has to clock out from Work order 1 first.. but the real situation is A can work on 1 and 2 at the same time.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

thank you

Time splitting is not currently supported within the standard Manufacturing Module.  We do hear this request often and have a project to support time-splitting on the near-term roadmap.

Until then, a customization is probably the best option to meet your needs.

Thank you! have you have any or heard of anyone with success in customization in this?

I’m glad to hear it is on the roadmap, as time splitting is very common in a lot of manufacturing environments. Being able to split time, as well as capture unattended time is key to good costing if done correctly!
