Need to Restrict Project Specific Item Quantity

Hi, 

We need to restrict Project specific Item Quantity. 

Ex: There are 1000 Cement bags for One Projects. but it can be divided multiple Tasks. 

Task 01 ---- 200 Pcs

Task 02 ---- 500 Pcs

Task 03 ---  300 Pcs

Customer needs to Restrict when create the Purchase requisition system should not allow to create PR more than 1000 Qty.

Ex: If Create One PR = 800 Pcs then next PR should allow only 200 Pcs. If Exceed qty system should show a error massage.  This Rule applicable for entire project.

There is no out of the box option available to achieve this. The Purchase requisition module is not linked to Projects at present. Also, the validation available on Requisition module is based on GL budget (value only).
