I have one customization package with stock items screens is overrided and new tab is created.
i have other customization package which has few custom fields created.
Now i want to place the second package fields in tab which created in first package. How to Implement it?.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. Reason being that Customization Project Editor looks at the base pages (from the Pages folder) to create change script for the modifications done on page.
