Hi, what is the last Acumatica endpoint version ?For  Acumatica 2022R2 it was 22.200.001What endpoint for 2023R1 ?

I’d appreciate if someone can please provide steps to add Remove Hold action into the Process Orders processing page. A while ago this can be done via automation steps. I have explored workflow customization but have not been able to get one work.

How are your clients handling the scenario where one contact needs access to multiple business accounts/companies? I know one way is via the parent child relationships but not all of my clients situations can be resolved in this manner. Is there anyway to handle multiple business accounts without creating a user for each separate account?

Hello everyone,I am facing an issue in Opening the Shipment Screens in a cloud based Sandbox.So I needed a custom field in Shipments in Package, in a customization project,DACExtension And when opening an existing Sales Order or Creating a new Sales Order on screen SO301000,I get prompted this on the Sandbox: Invalid Column name for the above extended field. Now I don’t get this error on my Local Instance, and It is the same customization. So my question is should I try another way of publishing my customization ? (As I read some responses based on similar question but on a testing or dev environment, but I am not sure if I can apply those changes)OrHow can I make sure that this field exists in the database as I am currently trying it on a cloud based Sandbox?OrAm I missing something even after publishing my customization to the Sandbox

I have customers wanting their Statements to show payments in that month, not just open items. Have any of you had this & if so what solutions have you found.They just really want a detailed statement, and I don’t see that it’s possible so far. Thanks

Hi, I created a GI trying to get the customers that are over the days past use. I am then trying to calculate the number of days past the Credit Due days of the oldest invoice. The data is displaying the way I expected it to. My issue is that I cannot apply a GI filter on the Day Past Credit Grace Period. If I enter 120, nothing appears even though in the All records tab, there are records that meet this requirement. These are the fields that I am using for the calculations. Thank you in advance. Bill

May I ask how can we close AP transactions where in:The Company is issuing check payable to cash (through checks and payments module) to employee in order to buy goods/services After the employee’s purchase, he will liquidate the cash with the corresponding receipts, sometimes there is an excess amount or short amount. AP transaction should be recorded under the actual vendor where purchase was made,(not under the employee).How can we properly record and close these kinds of transactions.Thank you in advance!

I am trying to create a payment from the screen AP302000 and on selecting the Cash Account it comes out blank yet I have a number of Cash Accounts defined My Payment method is linked to the Cash Account as shown below If I manually try to enter in the Cash Account I get the error message shown below: “'Cash Account' cannot be found in the system. Please verify whether you have proper access rights to this object.”How do I resolve this issue ?The installation is on Acumatica Cloud ERP 2022 R2 Build 22.209.0029 with MySQL

Hi all, I am trying to make a GI to show the top 100 customers by sales numbers. I think the easiest way to do this is to modify the Sales Profitability Analysis Detailed report to make it summarized.For example, I would like to add all of the line items for the same customers together to get a net sale number for the customer, and only show each customer once. How would I go about doing this? Thanks all for the help!

There is only one option to generate conditional waivers on AP check printing, need to be able to select generate conditional lien waivers when the bill is entered, this makes most sense to clients that require a conditional and unconditional lien waiver.  Please expedite this as it is a deficiency in this module. 

We have a product order that calls for Material Subassembly A.  Subassembly A calls for Component Part B.  We created the product order and also created linked child order for Subassembly A.  MRP has a demand line for Component Part B coming from Subassembly A AND from the product order (MRP must have created this demand item by blowing through the BOM).  MRP is not recognizing that Component Part B is already demanded on the child order, so now we’re doubling up demand for Component Part B.

Can someone suggest a way to use Acumatica “Opportunities” for our situation.  We know how much a customer or prospect spends on supplies in a year.  We want to create an “opportunity” for the yearly amount the customer or prospect will spend with all suppliers.  For expample, a customer will spend $50,000 per year with all suppliers.  We want to create a $50,000 “opportunity” and then as we write invoices throughout the year, we could see “how much” of the $50,000 “opportunity” we are getting.  For example, if by June we wrote 5 invoices for $5,000 each, we would see we captured $25,000 of the $50,000 opportunity.  Is this possible to do with Acumatica “opportunities”?
