Has anyone else encountered this with Sales Demo snapshot Build 22.212.0046

Hi @Debbie Reed CLA 

Are you importing the sales demo in a fresh tenant? have you unpublished all the customisation?



Please try to create a new tenant then upload the snapshot to this new tenant and restore.

Hi @manikantad18  - to be sure, I just created a new tenant and all customizations are unpublished.  Same error importing the snapshot.

Please do the following activities

.1. Optimize data base

  1. reset caches
  2. make sure you have enough space
  3. restart the application
  4. reimport the snapshot

if not resolved pls share the trace as well.

This is a new client instance/url.

U100 and the base are loaded fine.

I will log a case with Acumatica.  Thank you for your help

Hi @Chris Hackett  - thank you very much for following up!  We didn’t get it solved in that version, but when we upgraded the client to 2023R1 and loaded Demo, it worked without error.
