According to the Acumatica Help, we can refresh currency rates as often as needed, and we can schedule the updates according to our business needs. It seems like we can’t answer your question without knowing how your site is configured. What options & schedule has your company configured, for how often to update rates?

+19One more idea: to determine the exact time when rates are updated, you may configure a notification sent to yourself upon change of existing rates, or addition of new records in exchange rates screen. Then Acumatica will notify you at the exact time of rate changes.
