Where can I modify / add “Opporunity Stages”?

You can modify Stages based on the Opportunity Class

@Kandy Beatty  We recently used a Business Accounts and Settings only snapshot to a new tenant. The customer’s Stages data did not come over in the snapshot - do you know if there is an issue with Business Accounts and Settings snapshots that do not include copying over all of their modified stages?
