Do we have an import scenario for customer restriction group? How to setup customer restriction group manually?

At the present time, we do not have an out-of-the-box import scenario for customer access restriction groups.

Information on this is readily available in https://help.acumatica.com/ (version 2025 R1) or https://help-archive.acumatica.com/ (version 2024 R2 and prior versions).

One other note on customer access restriction groups; in order for them to function properly, you must first configure an admin or all access group that includes all customers.

Once that is done, then the user-specific / customer-specific groups can be configured.
